Booked a Luxury Lol apartment in Puerto Banus for over the New Year period (5 Days). The apartment is starting to look slightly tired. Nothing like the Photos. We arrived early but could not enter the apartment until 4pm (Not an Issue as we were told that earlier in the week) We decided to head to the shops and buy some essentials. It stated that cooking oil & water would be provided as part of the cost. So we did not buy any. Surprise surprise there was nothing in the flat so back to the shops I went. I highlighted this to them via Watsap, it arrived the next day. The apartment had a roof top Hot Tub. I paid 15 euros for the use of it explaining that I wanted it for first thing the next day as it would need time to heat up. Nobody came to turn on the hot tub till 2pm. They then stated that the Hot Tub was not working. I have since sent 2 emails requesting my money back. I have been hit with total silence. Shocking way to treat a customer. I will not be using them again and advise other to do the same. Just received an email stating they will refund my £500 security fee and my €15 10 days from me leaving the apartment. 10 Days ,you having a laugh.
What a great time my husband and I had. Perfect weather perfect place to stay. Quiet, secure, relaxing and plenty to do, see and eat. Don't need a car with buses and cabs almost at your doorstep. We will be back!
Beware of this company!!!! Vacation Marbella are the most unprofessional and rude company on the cost of Marbella. We rented a apartment in Puerto Banus through them. Pictures was very nice, but the reality was totally different. Big holes in the ceiling in bathroom. Mold in bathroom. Air condition did not work. Floor was flooded due to leaking pipes in ceiling. We wrote to them and asked to check and have our money refunded. They refused and send people to fix the problems. They now told us that the problem was fixed. Same night the air condition stop and the ceiling started to leak again so the floor was flooded. We now wrote again asking to check out and have our money refunded. They refused and again send people to fix the problem. Again with the same result. Now after 4 days and construction people in the apartment every day since arrival. Every day for 2-4 hours daily the problem are still not fixed. They refuse to refund our money, because as they wrote “the problem has been fixed, and the apartment is in perfect condition” they have now wrote 5 times over 4 days that the problems are fixed. Then, how come is there a construction guy in our apartment still working? He has been here for 4 hours now today? Luckily we have pictures and videos of the problems. And the whole correspondence on WhatsApp. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Mi familia y yo pasamos recientemente unos días en uno de los apartamentos gestionados por Vacation Marbella, que nos prestó un excelente servicio durante toda la estancia. Borja y su equipo respondieron a todas nuestras dudas con rapidez y eficacia. El apartamento era fantástico y estaba realmente limpio. Un cóctel perfecto que nos ayudó mucho a disfrutar intensamente nuestras vacaciones. Muy recomendable
Desde que hicimos la primera reserva con Vacation Marbella, no hemos vuelto a reservar con ninguna otra agencia. Su seriedad y responsabilidad nos da la confianza que necesitamos en nuestras vacaciones. Dependiendo de las necesidades del momento hemos estado en apartamento de 2, 3 y 4 dormitorios (estos últimos son difíciles de encontrar y ellos los tienen) y siempre hemos estado muy agusto y contentos con su servicio. Seguiremos reservando con ellos espero que por muchos años más.
Gran experiencia en un precioso piso en San Pedro, con unas vistas espectaculares en primera línea de playa y varios restaurantes cerca. Pudimos dar un agradable paseo a la orilla del mar hasta Puerto Banus. La organización inmejorable y la decoración del piso me enamoró por lo que no dudaré en repetir!
Este año he estado en dos de las multiples propiedades que tiene Vacation Marbella y en las 2 he estado como en un hotel de 5 estrellas. La de San Pedro esta junto al restaurante el Alabardero, en primera linea de playa con unas vistas al mar espectaculares y 3 habitaciones y la otra en plena milla de oro con 4 habitaciones, como su nombre indica un Oasis en la milla de oro, lo que nos permitió estar toda la familia compartiendo vacaciones en el apartamento. Seguir asi!!! Repetiremos y seguiremos conociendo vuestros apartamentos, aunque en estos seguro que repetimos!!!

***** BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY * * * They require you to pay a deposit that they don't return after 10 days since you leave the apartament. Also NO SECURE PAYMENT METHOD to pay deposit accepted, and cash not allowed. Horrible attention by company responsible. Do not attended us because it was holiday in Spain. Arrogant, as you can see in his reply to other comment on this page. Customer orientation is zero!. My issue was not with Booking.com. Booking intermediate to solve the issue as Vacation Marbella responsible didn't agree to communicate with us arguing that it was their day off. Their comment below doesn't have to be with my complain.
Stayed with my parents in a house of Vacation Marbella, and it was amazing! We arranged with Vacation Marbella transport from the Airport to the accommodation which was wonderful. Very nice luxury car with friendly driver. We had a very warm welcome from the staff and my mother really loved the bottle of wine we got as a welcome present. I use to travel with my parents to Spain more often, but most of the places are so old fashion. I love the design of the houses of Vacation Marbella! I recommend Vacation Marbella 100% and next time we book with them again for sure!
En mis vacaciones de verano, encontré a vacation marbella y decidi escogerlos para alquilar el apartamento. No podía haber escogido mejor. El servicio es excelente, la calidad del apartamento inmejorable, y la atención personalizada que te dan tanto en el check in como durante la estancia es lo mejor de todo.

Una excelente empresa. Apartamentos con vistas expectaculares y lo mejor es que esta muy bien ubicado. Sin duda vendre aqui otra vez !
My wife and our 13 year old son where at Puerto Banus over easter where we stayed in apartment from Vacation Marbella, and our stay there and experience with them ended not so well. The day before we should check out we noticed a burning spot on one the carpet, when we moved a chair. As we where in good faith with them, we saw no reason to react on this, and thought that this was just one part of the inventory of the apartment, that was actually started to be a bit worn out here and there. We had to check out very early to catch a flight, and where told just to leave the keys inside the apartment and close the door. . The day we checked out we got a notice from Vacation Marbella of a "Check out disaster", as they worded it, that we have ruined the carpet with burning spots, and they would have to see about the damages. I replied and informed that the damages of the carpets were there when we got the apartment, and the cleaning staff have appearently not moved the chair when cleaning before us, and that we could not possibly made the damages as firstly we do not smoke, and secondly we never had any open fire.. After that, no communication from Vacation Marbella, but I tried to call them and where told that I must by lying. So it looks like we will have to pay for the damages that we did not do, and with no documentation or communication of the amount of damages, they have simply SWEPT half of our deposit without any settlement of the value for the damages. The worst thing perhaps is their arrogance in communication, and lack of professionalism of treating us fairly, and making a fair settlement of the damages. I will never do any business with Vacation Marbella. Just to advise other that are staying with them, to be very careful when you take over the apartments, and check everywhere if you find any damages of the apartment.
