We had a great stay in one of their wonderful houses. Situated in a great location with ample of spaces and very comfortable living for two families. The host was great and very attentive to help with practical questions. Highly recommend.
We liked the service provided by Vacation Marbella. The quality and interior of the apartment was ok, clean and from the pictures we expected it to be better. However, the bathrooms, especially the shower, need to be renovated as soon as possible. We wouldn't rent again until the bathrooms are renovated.

Estoy profundamente decepcionado con el intento poco ético de Vacation Marbella de retener parte de mi depósito bajo acusaciones falsas. Los supuestos problemas, como un apartamento sucio y un frigorífico dañado, carecen de fundamento. Además, mi estadía de dos semanas se vio empañada por problemas de electricidad, un hedor persistente a arena para gatos y la falta de registros fotográficos previos a la estadía. Recomiendo encarecidamente a los clientes potenciales que eviten esta empresa fraudulenta y les comparto mi lamentable experiencia.

In October 2023, we had booked the Villa Schumacher house, where the two bedrooms in the basement of the building were unusable - there was mold around the window frame and an unventilable mold smell. The basement of the building also did not have a ceiling covering plate, so all communications and sewers of the house were both visible and audible. The agency did not compensate for our inconvenience in any way, 3 children had to sleep in the common room on mattresses for the entire 10 days of the vacation. After we left, the agency informed us that we would only get back 500 euros of the 2,500 euro security deposit, because they had recorded "significant" damages, such as stains to be cleaned and light furniture, a towel rack that was already unusable when we arrived , the leg of the sofa, which we did not break, but fixed, because the sofa was already on 3 of the 4 legs on the day of our arrival, the billiard table surface insignificant scratches. It is clear that within 10 days a company of 10 people, 6 of whom are children, some kind of stain or damage may occur, but what the hell - 2000 euros!!!!???? If this is a common practice of additional income - so be it - we were fools to catch it. But in this case - if the agency knew they were renting us a property that was seriously damaged and in a state of repair - they could have been accommodating and not charged astronomical fines for such trivialities, knowing how disappointed we were with the service. The 2,000 euro security deposit that we have lost is illegal and disproportionate, considering the discomfort, which we were neither informed about, nor was the agency ready to cover or compensate us in any way.

Tolles zentral gelegenes Appartement mit einer super Aussicht. Das Appartement ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Check-in ist verbesserungsfähig.

My wife and I stayed here over a month. Vacation Marbella was very responsive to any issues we had. The condo was clean and well equipped and the furniture was decent. Great location though I am hesitant to mention this as we want to stay here again next year. :) Only issue was that we couldn't get the dryer to work, but it wasn't a big deal so we never mentioned it. I can highly recommend Vacation Marbella to everyone.
