Everything was great! Nice vila with heated pool very nice when it’s still chilly outside. very clear agreements. The hostess was supernice and gave us good recommendations about what to do and tasty places to eat in the area. We will definitely go back again!
Estuvimos alojados sin calefaccion en semana santa con una niñ- de dos años y hasta el dia soguiente pr la tarde no vino nadie de mantenimiento (llamamos muchas veces y hasta no hablar con booking y ellos contactar con vacation marbella no pudimos hablar) y no nos dieron solucionar la primera tarde noche y el dia y tampoco decieron compensarnos esa primera noche solo un 10% despues de no atendernos el mismo dia expresando el frio que hacia en la casa y esperando 24 horas mas con ese frio y los abrigos puestos… sin poder ni ducharnos de lo desagradable que era. Contesto a lo de tiempo perdido en ayudarnos: he estado desde semana sant hasta mi reseña detras de ustedes y a traves de booking para solucionar el problema y no nos daban solucion, y o porque tenian que hablar con el departamento de contabilidad o porque estaban con clientes y me llamaban luego creo que devolver solo el 10% de la primera noche con lo desagradable que fue y que ya comentamos que hacia mucho frio al entregarnos las llaves y nos dijeron que era porque el inquilino anterior habia tenido el aire acondicionado puesto y que se calentaba rapido es mentir y no solucionar nuestra situación, hasta que al dia siguiente a medio dia pudo venir alguien de mantenimiento como he comentado. Puedo mandar comprobante de las cantidades devueltas 161 € en concepto de compensación por la primera noche . Cuando el coste pot noche son 760€. Este el maltrato que me refiero su forma de tratar al cliente en su contestación lo refleja claramente de ahi mi queja y mala reseñas y no recomendarles en absoluto. solicite a booking q me cambiaran a otro alojamiento pagando por supuesto lo que no quería es que estuviésemos con ese frio y tan incomodos ya que habíamos contratado una casa de lujo y esperaba unos servicios y una calidad de lujo.
Seguimos igual que el año pasado en el Real de la Ermita. Por mucho que se pidan disculpas y que van a mejorar. Grupos de gente joven que vienen de fiesta, grupos numerosos que destrozan todo, que no respetan horarios ni a los que vivimos aquí todo el año. Nos dais un teléfono al que llamar en estos casos, pero nunca se atiende. Aún así, seguiremos llamando a la policía cuando ocurran estas cosas, que se han vuelto ya parte de nuestra vida diaria para que vosotros ganéis dinero

Great team of friendly and responsive professionals. They sorted a last minute villa for us with a very quick turn around and the accommodation they found for us was beautiful. Very handy to have them available on WhatsApp for any query.
We had the most amazing experience with Vacation Marbella, outstanding customer service all throughout. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with. A special mention for Araceli, she was exceptional. She made us feel so welcome in Villa Nadal and provided many suggestions for our family to enjoy. Villa Nadal is even more beautiful in person. We cannot fault a thing as the exterior, interior, amenities and especially the heated pool are incredible. Highly recommend this company, they are very professional and accommodating.
Recently stayed at their Las Canas property and can’t fault the service we received. Very responsive on WhatsApp and helpful when we requested an early check in. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again!
We had a wonderful stay at The Edge - Estepona via Vacation Marbella. The ideal combo of a beautiful design apartment with frontal sea views and the perfect service is Vacation Marbella. Notice that the outside pool isn’t heated.

The villa (townhouse) was well presented and accurate with regards to the photos. Check in was a breeze and we were provided the whatsapp location and so made locating the villa easy. We were greeted on site and shown around. Location is good: 10 minutes walk from local "Mercadona" supermarket, 25 minutes walk to Nuevo Andalucia centre. 12 minutes drive to Marbella beach front and Puerto Banus. The communication & management was excellent - we communicated over both phone and whatsapp. The hosts were very responsive and on the occasions we had issues they very promptly put it right. There is building work adjacent (a new development going up that just started as we arrived) and so may potentially disrupt unfettered peace and quiet but it was not so bad as for us to mind it. The building work was during working hours and not at weekends in our experience. Thank you Ara and team for a great stay.
This was our second time staying with Vacation Marbella and would not hesitate to stay again. The property was outstanding, lots of space, beautifully decorated, exactly like photos. Very high quality accommodation and beautifully decorated. The outside space was stunning too. Very close to the beautiful traditional village of Cancelada. Vacation Marbella were superb to deal with - excellent communication, extremely responsive, no request too much. Allowed us to check in earlier than originally planned. Highly recommend the house and the host. We will be back.
J’ai passé un excellent moment au Marbella Vacation. L’accueil était parfait et tout le monde était très aimable. La résidence est bien située, et j’ai adoré avoir le soleil sur la terrasse l’après-midi. Tout était agréable et confortable. Je recommande cet endroit.
Reservamos para unas vacaciones allí y tuvimos un problema con nuestro vuelo (llegó al aeropuerto de Málaga tarde) pero Kenza nos hizo todo sencillísimo y nos permitió llegar sin problemas y disfrutar de las vacaciones. El tiempo en Marbella es siempre soleado, menos cuando estuvimos nosotros, pero ays, eso no es culpa de ellos :D Gracias por la ayuda.

I should have read the reviews before booking with these clowns. House not clean, construction noise all day during the week, people coming and going 3 out of 5 days, privacy issues, smelly towels & pillows and used toiletries left by previous renters. All this for 500€ a day, gotta love it….
Fantastic property, amazing views and great pool area. Neighbourhood is very secure and is patrolled 24/7. Villa is super modern and the open plan design offers stunning views throughout.
