We had a very pleasant stay in the house we booked. Everything was clean and tidy and our arrival and departure were very well organised. Any issues that arose were resolved immediately by extremely dedicated and friendly staff.

The team were very helpful at Vacation Marbella. Although we'd booked the villa for work purposes, they still made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating. I look forward to hopefully staying here again with my family instead of colleagues. Thank you.

Nous louons actuellement pour 2 mois une luxuriante duplex Penthouse in Nueva Andalusia dans une soit disant QUiET environnement et nous vivons l’enfer L’appartement, avec qui nous partageons l’escalier est en train de rénovation intégrale. Tous est mis dehors, murs, sols , et chape entier, cuisine, salle de bains ect. C’est à dire tout la journée marteau à percussion, bétonnière qui est installé dans l’appartement, ect. Travailleurs agressifs envers nous, car nous avons demandé fermer la porte et fenêtres. Tous est bien sur laisse ouvert. L’agence , a qui on a envoyé des vidéos et après avoir eu des échanges téléphoniques nous propose RIEN DU TOUT. Nous sommes en contact avec une autre agence, qui essaye de trouver une appartement équivalent et notre avocat pour récupérer notre argent

UNDVIK DETTA FÖRETAGET!!!!!!! Vi var ett gäng på 7 personer som hyrde villan för att fira nyårsafton i Marbella. 1. Värmen i huset var ej igång och kom först igång efter 3 dagar. 2. Fanns inget varmvatten under hela vistelsen. Hälften av oss var tvungna att åka till gym/vänner i Marbella för att ta en varm dusch. 3. Mögel i HELA kylen. 4. Mögel i kyl 2. 5. Mögel i frysen. 6. Mögel i frys 2. 7. Mögel i kaffekokaren 8. Mögel i dricksglasen 9. Mögel bland besticken 10. Mögel i brödrosten När vi sedan påpekade problemen och att vi ville bli flyttade till ett likvärdigt hus, så var deras förslag att vi skulle flytta till ett hälften så stort hus, där alla inte ens hade fått plats. Vi sa att det inte går för att vi är 7 personer och önskar 50-80% tillbaka av det vi betalat, deras svar då var att de skulle anlita advokat och redan gjort allt de kunnat (föreslå ett hälften så stort hus). Inte ens min värsta fiende skulle jag rekommendera detta företaget, denna villan och de människorna bakom som hyr ut detta. RUN!!!!

Unsere Erfahrungen bleiben tatsächlich unvergessen. Leider nicht im positiven Sinne. Wir haben ein eiskaltes Appartment entgegengenommen und erlebten eine Gleichgültigkeit in Bezug auf Unterstützung oder Dienstleistung die nur für Sprachlosigkeit sorgt! Wir können und werden dieses Unternehmen nicht weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful house, equipped with every comfort. Incredibly clean and the heated pool during our Christmas holidays was great. The littlest one enjoyed it. The contact with the host was also very correct and they always answered within 5 mins if we had any questions. We would definitely like to come back to this house. Highly recommended.

I spent 9 nights at one of the Nueva Andalucia properties in July 2023. During that time the jacuzzi didn't work and it took six days for someone to be sent out to look at it. Was told someone would stop by (we arrived very late at night) next morning to explain where everything was etc. and no one ever did. Electricity went off multiple times during the week and we were constantly fobbed off as an us problem (went off multiple times a day on six of our nine days there). Asked multiple times for details on how to exit the gate at the lower end of the property as my wife, who is on crutches, wouldn't be able to walk up the steep hill to the other entrance. Told many times it wasn't possible to use that gate even though we watched people doing it (and never got that sorted). I have never spent so much time of a trip trying to get issues sorted than I did at this property. After 6 days of frustration, I ended up giving up asking for things to be fixed/sorted as multiple ways - WhatsApp, Phone Calls, Emails - didn't work. This is billed as a luxury location. The positives are that if you're driving it's a great location experience Marbella. The property itself looks beautiful and (when things worked) it was a great property to be in. This, however, was woefully let down by whoever manages the property and lack of customer service. I don't normally leave reviews, but having had an email from Vacation Marbella asking for me to leave a review I responded with a 13-point letter as to why my experience was horrendous and it probably was best me not leaving a public review. They did not respond to this email, other than when I sent a second email asking when my security deposit would be returned, which they didn't acknowledge my list of problems. This is why after giving them months to respond I decided to post this review. Avoid at all costs. ADD ON: After location response, I'd like to mention that at no point after I emailed your team in July with these and other points did you bother replying. To respond: • Electrical outages - using multiple devices. We were told that in essence if we were using the washing machine or dishwasher, doing anything else would end in electric going off. I don't know in what world this is an acceptable thing for a high end location. • You didn't take any notice of the accessibility issues or communication issues when I reached out during and after our trip, only saying this publicly after I posted this. This tells me you don't care. • I don't know how you can say you take all guest feedback seriously when you ignored mine and only responded when I put 25% of my complaint online. Readers of this can make their own mind up as to how serious you take this. I certainly know what my opinion is.

Was good house

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, , in October this year we bought our children and grandchildren out for a weeks holiday at one of the properties managed by these individual’s. Rather than long rant I will just list some of the issues we were met with and also have photos to support. The house was absolutely filthy dirty bath mats in bathrooms etc Two toilet seats broken, Insufficient crockery and outside furniture around the table to host the advertised occupancy. Chipped mugs, two broken garden dinning chairs A sun terrace that was un useable due to smashed coffee table glass and loose floor covering Outside games never been cleaned or serviceable The garden toilet also housed the pool pumps , chemicals and equipment all at young child height The worktop was cracked Air conditioning not working downstairs bedroom And the list goes on. I was going to list the name of property but to be fair to the owners feel this is not right as they have employed this company Im sure in good faith. All we ever asked by way of compensation was the return of our 250€ cleaning fee as the house was in no way ready. The company senior management we’re illusive, non responsive and basically could not care to the point where through very poor research on their behalf the most senior person decided to pass advice about poor reviews on a company he incorrectly identified as being ours. On a positive side I commend the poor individuals who have to answer the phone to customers within their establishment as they try their best to help its a pity senior managers don’t do the same. As of todays date I am still refused the refund which actually only equates to around 10% of ghe rental cost for a week.

Another fantastic stay at a Vacation Marbella Apartment in Puerto Banus. The apartment we stayed at - Banus Waterfront Penthouse - was excellent, great balcony, and so close to all amenities that the Port has to offer. Once again Araceli and the team were extremely pleasant and ensured that we had a very enjoyable stay. Any issues that we had in the apartment were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Vacation Marbella.

I have just come home from staying at this property. It was absolutely stunning and a great size that accommodated my family perfectly. We will definitely be staying again. Our host Ara was amazing and very helpful.

Unreliable account of quality of properties. We have stayed with Vac.Marbella twice in 2023, for a total of 22+24=46 nights in two different 3-4 bedroom villas. Both were classified by Vac.Marbella as luxurious. That they were not, far from it. Nice would be a more proper word if looking for positives. Also note that only a small welcome package was provided for incl. 1 washing mashine tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet and one (1) roll of toilet paper even if the house would have 4 toilets.. AirBNB level is not achieved- also kitchen cabinets are empty of any foodstuffs. One house did not have salt or pepper, the other had these but that was it. Prepare to buy everything. The cleaners will remove everything when you leave. The things you have bought will not be provided for the next guests. On the positive, they did send a plumber right away to sort out a leak in the kitchen, and did also provide us with weekly cleaning (for a fee of course). Our Whatsapp and emails were answered promptly, thank you for that. Also you have to request back the deposit, it is not returned automatically. Due to unreliable account of the properties in relation to what is considered luxury in Marbella (and what we paid for) and also the deposit return delay we give only 2 stars for trustworthiness.
