Good communication and follow-up
Communication with the team was excellent. They sent someone to meet us when we arrived, and he showed us around the property which was GORGEOUS and so well decorated. Their dinner recommendations were great, and the team responded very quickly when we needed someone to fix the air conditioning. We have decided we want to return every year if possible, just to stay at beautiful Villa Lina!
Vacation Marbella were fantastic. The communication was exceptional. They use Whattsapp to arrange arrival which worked perfectly for us. Our flight was early and they met us earlier than previously agreed to help store our cases etc. We had a few questions which were always answered immediately, sometimes out of hours. I couldn’t fault the service they gave us.
We have just come back from a weeks stay at villa iniesta, it was perfect from start to finish, we were met by carmen upon arrival who showed us round the property and was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Myself and my family had the best holiday and the villa was amazing!! We are already looking to book again. Thanks again vacation Marbella we will see you again soon!

Lovely peaceful modern villa with private pool area not overlooked, place was very clean on arrival and everything needed was in the villa, support team very responsive. We went in June and the neighbourhood was very quite which was perfect for us. Would definitely use again.
Nice house nice service really like to book this again
The home was beautiful, well maintained, well equipped with what we needed and very comfortable for our group of 7. Being walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants we were never without anything we needed or wanted. The team was extremely responsive to our needs and answered all our questions and requests for service timely. My only recommendation would be to make sure the yard is thoroughly cleaned. It was in good shape upon arrival but could have used a wash down before we arrived to be more presentable.
We had a totally amazing stay in Los Naranjos with Vacation Marbella. The apartment is super nice with lots of space and two big terraces. There is also two bathrooms and three bedrooms which makes it perfect when you travel with teenagers ;). The apartment is bright, modern and well equipped. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the apartment is located in a gated area. The distance to Puerto Banus is approximately 2km and there you will find the best restaurants, bars and shopping. But maybe most important amazing beaches with comfortable sun beads :) I recommend a visit to Banus Beach Club, such good food and drinks with a welcome you probably won’t find anywhere ells. Also the Vacation Marbella staff is beyond everything when it comes to service and being service minded. A great vacation that made such good memories for a lifetime :)
Clean , spacious , friendly host
The Villa was as beautiful as this is in the pictures. There was very quiete. And everything was super clean and very good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for different people and we didnt miss anything, even the kitchen was complete with every accessory. We really highly reccomend this place. And the staff was in contact with us and answered right away for any our questions.Araceli was super nice to us.

Great Villa.. Close to Old Toen and the Beaches
We stayed in a property recently, advertised year round pool but only open June to September! Refused to move us, spoilt our children’s holiday. Took 25 minutes to answer airport call. Could not get into property took 70 minutes to arrive to sort. Would never book a property through them again. Liars and rude You did not send us any document, this is nothing to do with the government ban, I have a photo taken from the pool area where it says the pool is closed from June 15th to September 15th, not good for your reputation that you continue to lie, please let me know if you need photographic evidence as happy to send it No document was sent EVER Despite this there was still a sign up saying the pool was not available 15th June to 15th September and we were booked in for 16th May so we were never going to have the pool facility despite the government ban. This was never advised to us and we would never have booked this apartment. People trust you to give accurate information and you let us down. They are now saying they advised us of the pool ban when we arrived, we didn’t receive that but what good was telling us when we arrived! The ban had been in place for months so we should have been advised before! However you still don’t get it, even without a ban this pool is not operational until June 15th when you advertised it as year round! You just didn’t want to lose our money and didn’t care about your customer! We would have booked into a hotel or apartment where the pools are still allowed even with a ban Greed got the better of you
We loved the apartment it was spacious and very clean it was well equipped and in a great location the company were on hand should there of been any problems - which there wasn’t would definitely recommend
Lovely well appointed apartment with amazing view and 3 minutes from everything. We had an amazing week. Jorge gave us a warm welcome meeting us at the apartment, great service meet and greet.

The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home as soon as we entered the villa. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend this others.
