Great house, some little work to fix toilet buttons, sink plugs etc but otherwise a great house in a great handy spot. Some outdoor furniture at the pool would have been nice too. Not sure about the car parking ticket provided either, it was for spot 11 in the underground carpark which was a handicap spot so we just parked on the street. I think some more basics in the kitchen would be nice too, like salt and pepper, etc.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This apartment was perfect for a large family. It was in a great location. Best views in Marbella Marina. The Vacation Marbella property management and our host Amine were very helpful. They help us plan a fishing trip and recommend some great spots to visit during our stay. The service received given from Marbella vacation The location was fantastic Gardens are exceptional On arrival heating wasn’t working. 5 days till it was repaired The apartment was very spacious and bright The kitchen needs better quality pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils , garbage bin There were lots of burnt ceiling lights.

Eficiente, limpio, muy buen contacto con la agencia. Precios atractivos y descuento por reserva anticipada. Un poco de problema con la colocación de los toldos, mal contacto con los limpiadores en este sentido. En general, lo recomiendo mucho, aunque las fotos de la mayoría de los apartamentos no reflejan el estado técnico actual de los apartamentos alquilados. En resumen, 4,5/5 en mi escala de calificación privada 😉 saludos Marcin

We are just back from Marbella & the apartment was exceptionally clean, fresh & more than adequately equipped. Everything was great. Lara was always the other side of the phone for any queries & more than helpful with restaurant recommendations & general advice. The only thing I felt would be of great reassurance would be a safety deposit box. We brought our passports etc. with us everywhere because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them in the apartment. While the apartment block is very safe & gated there were an obvious amount of homeless people around the street. We had a lovely break in all 👍
Fantastic House in great location close to restaurants,shops,bars and promenade. Beautiful bedrooms and very well equipped. Excellent service from Vacation Marbella. Highly recommended.
