The properties I stayed in are well located, equipped, clean, have amazing views and landscapes. Team is helpful, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. If any small problems arise, they are fixed on the spot. I would stay with Vacation Marbella again.

Its a great apartment on the perfect location. All the nice places are nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend this apartment to everybody who wants a fine time in Puerto Banus.

Me and my friends stayed in Marbella for a week, this AirBnb was in the perfect location. Right next to lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and the beach. Members of staff very nice, apartment great size as well. Would highly recommend👍🏻

My friends and I had money deducted from our deposit, as Vacation Marbella claimed we broke 12 glasses. We explained that we did not break any glasses and asked for proof. As expected, Vacation Marbella could not prove that we broke 12 glasses. Instead, they emailed us a photo of only 2 broken glasses (which we did not break, nor have we admitted to breaking). This email, sent from Borja Rodriguez Cuadra (the apparent founder of the company), stated we were uneducated and that “a picture worths more than 1.000 words”. I find this pitiful attempt to insult us EXTREMELY IRONIC, considering Borja sent us a picture of 2 broken glasses and not 12. I suggest that: 1. Vacation Marbella train their cleaning staff not to break glasses after their guests depart. 2. Vacation Marbella do not falsely accuse guests of breaking their equipment. 3. Vacation Marbella keep their glasses in a cupboard instead of a drawer, to prevent their staff from breaking further glasses. 4. Vacation Marbella do not insult their customers. I am extremely shocked and disappointed at the lack of professionalism of this company. I can only hope that our negative reviews deter future customers/victims.

My friends and I stayed here in the last week on June. Our holiday was great but I must rate this 1 star due to the service. €120 was deducted from our deposit due to broken glasses. We washed all utensils before our departure and not a single glass was broken, which leads me to believe that this is a false claim or the glasses were broken after our departure. When we brought this to the attention of our host, we received an incredibly rude reply which insinuated we were “uneducated”. In response to my friends review, we never broke a single glass, so this was therefore never “admitted”. For this reason I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed in Villa Lina for a week in June. The villa itself was beautiful and we had a fantastic holiday HOWEVER on return home we were only sent back £880 from our £1000 deposit, we were completely baffled having left the Villa in perfect condition. We were told that we had 'broken 12 wine glasses' which is simply not true, we even bought plastic cups to use around the pool so only used the wine glasses in the evening before we went out for dinners. We cleaned the villa before we left and are 100% certain that we did not leave any smashed glasses. They sent us a photo as 'evidence' showing two glasses smashed in a drawer...are you telling me you wouldnt know that you left glasses like that? They also werent able to time stamp the photo so this could have been taken at any time. Furthermore, when asked for more evidence they sent us a photo of a wooden spoon with a piece broken off, we did 'break' this spoon if you constitute stirring a spoon into a fajita mix as 'breaking', clearly the spoon was already damaged and you want to charge £120 for a wooden spoon?!?! Surely that comes under wear and tear anyway, if you dont want us to use the equipment provided to cook then you should have said. The email response we received from Borja R was incredibly rude and condescending- she said: 'an educated person would apologise instead of acting like that' which is incredibly rude considering we did not break a single wine glass and this company are attempting to STEAL £120 from us.

A Fabulous Apartment Superb location on the waterfront at San Pedro. Lovely Spanish feel to the location with several restaurants within 1 to 5 mins walk. Just what the family needed. Many thanks, Vacation Marbella.

Dear current and potential customers of Vacation Marbella agency. Pleas pay attention an language this company using when talking with their customers when customers share bad review- they immediately blaming and attack. Few examples: 'you refused to pay', 'clear house rules that was violated', 'Your threats to force us and this review are acts in bad faith', 'I would appreciate not receiving more emails with threats of bad reviews, it does not work with us'. I kindly suggesting carefully read others review in this site and Facebook, the pattern the same... I would be great to apply collective claim! Few days ago i shared with Vacation Marbella 'hoja de reclamacion'. Below is letter they simply ignored, when this obligatory per local regulation. I think such company no place in the market. "Please find attached hoja de reclamacion form with instructions I would like to remind you, that The Complaints and Claims Sheet of the Junta de Andalucía is an official form, regulated in Decree 472/2019, which allows a complaint, claim or complaint to be recorded in the event of a conflict with a company or entity that markets goods or provide their services in Andalusia. One more important point to note - Once this process has started (Jun 1 2022), the corresponding period will be opened to resolve the claim. Facua (Consumers in Action) insists that self-employed workers in front of businesses can also receive a sanction if they refuse to deliver the document to the client,"
