Great location, clean and well presented

I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment in Puerto Banus, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning beauty of the surrounding area, with its sparkling blue waters and white sand beaches. The apartment itself was equally impressive. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, with all of the amenities that I could ask for. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom was cozy and had a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The location of the apartment was also perfect. It was just a step from the bustling Puerto Banus marina, where there was always something exciting happening. Whether I wanted to enjoy some delicious food at one of the many restaurants or take a stroll around the designer boutiques, there was always something to do. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Puerto Banus. It was perfect! And the best service!!

We rented a fantastic apartment in a great area in Marbella (La Alzambra). Central but still calm and quiet. In the evenings we took a short walk and were down in Puerto Banus. Vacation Marbella and our contact person Araceli was superb. Easy and flexible check-in and she was quick to respond to questions during our stay. Really recommended!

Thank you for our stay in your appartement. Very nice, clean and luxe appartement. Also the contact by arrival was nice and in time. The swimming Pool is clean and fine. The appartement is well equiped and also the bath rooms are good! Just some minutes walk to reach the beach. Some supermarkets nearby. Marbella town is some further away, but you can travel by car or by bus or walk. Also Puerto Banus is nearby, a very nice place to visit. Thanks!

The apartment is beautiful and in a location within easy reach of the beach and the old town centre. Vacation Marbella we’re absolutely marvellous. We contacted then a few times about technical problems and they organised technicians who resolved them very quickly. Most importantly when our daughter had her handbag stolen, they helped told us which police to go to. They even helped us with the printing of a crucial document needed to get emergency passports. Special thanks go to Araceli, Lara and the guy who dropped off the printed form to the apartment. Excellent service.

the apartment is good, the location perfect, the seaview wonderful. everything was fine from the handover to the end.

The house was greate for our big group of 8 people. It fulfilled all the high expectation we had after the booking. The location next to the ocean was perfect. The communication with the Marbella vacation team was really good and all our question was answered quickly. We also appreciated how we was met at arrival. Booking with Vacation Marbella is really simple! They have some fantastic properties to rent, the property we choose was perfect for everything we needed! When booking you deal with someone via WhatsApp and everything is sorted for you before you arrive, once you arrive a member of the team meet you at the property to show you around making you feel right at home, after this you are given another number and this team will look after you throughout your stay. All of this makes your stay feel super comfortable and easy. We would highly recommend Vacation Marbella to anyone visiting and we are looking forward to using them again later this year.

This is our third family trip with Vacation Marbella and we are so pleased with the services provided. Nothing is a problem and we feel really supported through the booking process and during our stay. The apartments are top quality and very well maintained. We will be back again!

everything went great and the house suited our needs perfectly!

Our weekend with vacation marbella went very smoothly. We had an amazing stay and the service was fantastic.

We rented a lovely villa in Benalmanda, it was and well equipped for our whole family, 6 adults 3 children. The pool was heated (extra cost) but was worth every penny. There was also outside table tennis, and a lovely rear BBQ area. Nothing seemed to much trouble, for Vacation Marbella, every question asked beforehand was answered straight away. Araceli was quick to sort out the small details, early check-in, dropping cases off etc.. we look forward to using these guys again in the future. Well done to the whole team.

The villa was unclean on arrival and smelt very bad of damp. We found an overflowing bucket of water underneath the boiler , which the workman from the company just half emptied and put back without looking at the boiler , the whole place is a major health and safety disaster waiting to happen , there are plug sockets hanging off the walls along with light fittings with wires exposed hanging from the roof. The communal pool was dirty and wasn’t cleaned in the whole week we were there. As for the actual company , they offered no help at all in the time we were there , the cleaning & up keep of the villas they rent should be immaculate for the money they charge and should not be able to promote falsely listed / advertised properties for rent. 0/10. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Honest Review. Before arrival to the complex we was informed check-in would be available from 4pm, we advised Vacation Marbella before arrival that our flights we're early and we would need to drop our luggage, this was accommodated for us and we went for some lunch to pass time. We arrived back at the apartment just before 4pm to check in and after half an hour of waiting with two young children we decided to call and ask when we would have access, we waited a further 15 minutes and a lady arrived to let us in (so we didn't actually get in the apartment until almost 5pm). On entry of the apartment we were asked to pay a £500 deposit to cover damage. There was a couple of lights not working (this was sorted in 2 stints, 1 two days before we left and the lights were in the bathroom), the curtain pole in the living room came down every time the curtains were opened, in the end we left them open to save the pole hitting us in the face. The roof top terrace doesn't have sunbeds for the amount of people the apartment sleeps & the false grass needs putting back in place, our children tripped multiple times. The outside seating area wasn't the cleanest area either. To say the apartment is newly refurbed, it could really do with a lick of paint as there's marks all over the walls. The sunbeds around the pool are limited, a few times we ended up with towels on the floor. The main road is busy, we was woken at 6pm every day by trucks emptying bins etc and cars up and down the road. The apartment inside was fairly clean (although the sofa really needs cleaning), towels were provided and 1 toilet roll in each bathroom which helped a lot. There was also 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 small lots for wash powder for the washing machine & bin bags provided. There's a supermarket and café 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there's definitely room for improvement.
