Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Contacts avec les intervenants faciles, accueil à la villa super. Le point fort de cette jolie villa est l’extérieur, nous en avons bien profité, barbecue, piscine toujours plein soleil, juste peut être les transats un peu usés. Bel espace intérieur, cuisine bien équipée, grand salon, lits confortables, salles de bains bien équipées également. On aurait apprécié une bouteille d’eau au frais à notre arrivée et quelques dosettes de café (pour le lendemain matin en cas d’arrivée tardif) GROS POINT NÉGATIF : LES CHIENS !!!! Un gros et un petit qui aboient. La journée passe encore , mais pas la nuit ! Vraiment dommage

Communication was great from start to finish. Apartment was superb, what a great location. Couple of minor issues were dealt with really quickly. We will be back next time we’re in Puerto Banus

Perfect location at the heart of colorful Puerto Banus! Property has really nice pool facilities, beach and marina full of good food and gorgeous cars and boats just walking distance away. The heart of the apartment was spacious balcony, where we spend all our mornings! Our only concern was that there was no luggage storage. Luckily they provided us late check out, so we did needed to wait 2 hours with our luggage but that was not that bad. High five to customer service who literally checked us every day! Thank you! Would definitely stay there again!

Pongo una estrella por poner algo. Nosotros somos los que convivimos con los alquileres vacacionales que realiza esta empresa. No hay filtro ninguno, casi nunca son familias, siempre alquilan a gente joven que vienen de fiesta,destrozan las zonas comunes y todos alentados por Vacation Marbella, ya que les den carta libre para hacer lo que quieran. Luego vienen los problemas con los vecinos.

When arriving, the company let us wait for over 1 hour before we could enter apartment. No drinking water was provided in the apartment upon arrival. The place where we stayed was ok. 11 days later and still haven’t received €500 deposit back Next time I’ll go back to stay at a hotel, instead of having to deal with these type of badly organised crooks Refund the deposit, otherwise you’re forcing me to Take action. I’m not letting you scam me.

Great location, apartment and experience - will definitely book again

To the absolutely ridiculous response from the host below: we had booked this around 3pm the listing stated 5pm check in just like any normal vacation property or the hotel, the host should not have listed the property if it was not ready for check in. They would not let us check in until 9:30pm which is simply rediculous. They did not offer anything to help the situation and completely neglected us, after we asked for 20% off for the huge inconvenience as we just needed a place to stay they refused. We then contacted Airbnb, who was very helpful, refunded the money, and paid for our hotel that we had to drive an hour to as most hotels were sold out for 3 separate rooms. The negligence of this company left us stranded and I suggest everyone steer clear, Airbnb was very helpful to me and will be investigating the host. Stay AWAY! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, crooks and scammers! Horrible experience with this company, avoid at all costs. Arrived at 5pm as stated on Airbnb for check in, was not allowed in the property and there was bottles a mess everywhere from looking inside the gate, the host informed me the property would not be ready until 9:30PM (family was traveling all day and hoping to enjoy relaxing) and offered no acceptable alternative, they were dismissive and not helpful and wasted the entire evening for me and my family. Had to book a hotel because we were not going to sit and wait until 9:30pm for the property to be ready. This shouldn’t have happened. DO NOT BOOK WITH VACATION MARBELLA!!!

We stayed at Villa Federer using Vacation Marbella. They were very easy to use and the staff were very helpful. The whole process was very smooth and I would highly recommend using them. We will definitely be using them again.

Jättefint bemötande vid ankomst. Bilderna på lägenheten stämde överens med verkligheten. Bra läge och fint område. Snabb återkoppling vid frågor. Rekommenderar verkligen Vacation Marbella, vi kommer tillbaka.

The location is unreal and the apartment is very clean, spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. Very easy to check in and staff are always on hand to assist. Unfortunately is it is located up 3 flights of stairs and there are no lifts. So bringing suitcases & shopping can be a nightmare. Lastly an apartment this nice should have a SMART TV. The fact it has a very basic TV which can not be connected to YouTube or anything was extremely disappointing.

I recently rented a vacation home through Vacation Marbella, and I must say it was a good experience from start to finish. We stayed at the Villa Perlas del Mar and we were a group of 10 people. First and foremost, the communication with Vacation Marbella was exceptional. Right from the moment I inquired about the property, their team was prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed information about the house, amenities, and the surrounding area. The property was very modern and well maintained, with a stunning interior that matched the photos and descriptions provided on their website. I definitely recommend both for a family vacation or if you are going with your friends!

Beautiful apartment, very tastefully furnished. Unfortunately, the view is nothing nice at all (view of the electrical system). Shower cabin is not luxery at all. The location is good if you like expensive or chic restaurants. You definitely need a car (supermarket about 20 minutes walk). Bus stop nearby

The location was pristine. Communication with vacation Marbella was excellent. The room had basically everything we needed. The patio was so so nice, we had breakfast every morning. Beds were very comfortable, we even had someone sleep on the couch and it was great. We parked on the street, sometimes we had to walk a bit, but it wasn't an issue. The have parking available for a nightly fee in the garage.

I was on holiday with my family, we were 8 adults and 2 children. It is a really beautiful villa, nice rooms and good large common spaces. The open kitchen with grill outside is so good. We used the beautiful spa and pool a lot. There were nice sun chairs. The location of the villa is perfect, takes only 5 min with an uber down to the port. We stayed at this property for 3 nights. 6 people in total. It was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, it has all you need. Lots of space in the rooms and bathrooms lots of light. It is not next to the beach, but it was close enough to Marbella city center and Puerto Banus by car.it has a grocery store 5 min away walking, and there are a few restaurants around as well.

This company offers luxury homes we enjoyed staying in a bautiful villa in marbella with excellent seaview and modern furnitures very elegant decoration. Not to forget the staff is very professional and easy to communicate with. We would like to thank specially Araceli for his patience and for waiting for us so late in the night for the check in.
