We had a great stay with Vacation Marbella. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Villa was spacious, clean and well presented with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The only fault I have is with the air con being limited with a timer. During the night in August with 30 plus degrees this was a problem for us. The kids were too hot and this resulted in one of us waking up throughout the night to put the aircon back on. I don't see this being a problem in some months but in the height of summer I don't think this should be restricted.

Horrible stay! Burglars robbed during our stay and owner provided zero help. After deciding we no longer felt safe in the house the owner had no intention for an early checkout. We made our intentions clear to leave early but the owner didn’t send anyone for a final house check. After leaving our deposit got withheld with damages done by the burglars and we were basically told they don’t care what happened.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

We would definitely recommend vacation Marbella. The communication before our holiday was fantastic and all of our requests were dealt with very quickly. We stayed at Aqua apartments in San Pedro and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had the penthouse apartment with a hot tub on the roof terrace but were disappointed to find out when we arrived that there was an additional charge of €30 per day if we wanted to use it. Other than that the service was excellent and we would definitely return. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and bars close by and just a few minutes walk to the beach. They promise to send my deposition of 1000€ now 1 month later they still didnt send me the money. This is a scam company.

Great experience with vacation Marbella. Check in was fast, the apartment was very nice with great location. The staff was very quick responding to a little problem with lights in a room that was fixed the same day on Sunday. I strongly recommande the agency and I am booking a new apartment with Vacation Marbella

The flat in Bahia de Marbella was amazing, very spacious and fully equipped. The flat is in a residential area with nice gardens and pools. Five minutes drive to city center. There is an Aldi nearby and couple of restaurants on the beach.

Luxurious, clean apartment with good facilities as described and on the whole good communication from Vacation Marbella. There was a misunderstanding on the day prior to arrival but Lara greeted us warmly on arrival and apologised and was very helpful and prompt with any queries we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend Vacation Marbella.
