The location was safe, clean, modern and a spacious condo. We loved access to the port, the shopping and the amazing walkway on the beach. Really enjoyed our time there for 2 weeks. Parking in our spot was very difficult because we had a mid size car and the car beside us was also mid size so we had only inches to manoeuvre. Also it would be helpful to advertise only the Terrazas Banus name to find it. We would recommend this condo highly.

We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was very good, if we needed anything, the staff were always available to accommodate. Just one slight disappointment was the solarium, this hadn't been maintained so we couldn't sit up there really but that didn't spoil our holiday. I would recommend.
Stay away!! This is the greediest landlord we ever experienced!!! The terrace, the beds and the space was nice, but the kitchen were more or less falling apart (cupboards, dishwasher, fridge…) no equipment/utilities for more than a few people far from ten. They were running late at check-in but worst of all you don’t get all your deposit back!!!! They use only credit card so they can blame the fees (!?) Very calculating on everything! We’ll NEVER, EVER rent from them again regardless property.

We had a great visit at vaication marbella apartment for little over 1 month. Great apartment, had everything we needed, great support and always answerd us directly if we had any questions. 5/5
The villa was beautiful, nice and large swimming pool and good kitchen. It was very nice that we could do some laundry in between, but we missed a rack to dry the laundry. The kitchen was great! Beautiful island and good equipment. The interior of the house is beautiful and sleek, but we missed a bit of decoration. All bedrooms were top and spacious with beautiful fitted wardrobes and private bathrooms. The location was great and there is a small grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance (about 300 meters) which we loved! Super easy when we ran out of water and/or other supplies. Marbella was a 10 minute car ride away (with no traffic). the only little negative thing was that the house itself is a little noisy. You can hear the pool table ( located in the basement) on the first floor.
Apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, stylish and high spec. Complex was secure and located approx 10 mins from main bar and restaurant area of Marbella. Operators were very helpful and attentive to delivering a good customer experience. Only downside was the communal swimming pool wasnt heated and not really useable for the weather at the time of our visit (Oct/Nov)

Fantastic villa! Vacation Marbella were the perfect hosts met us with keys explained everything kept in contact before and during our stay went above and beyond for us during and on our last day!! Absolutely amazing definitely recommend them & will be using them in the future !! :) thank you vacation Marbella x
The accommodation has a very nice location and a great view of the marina and the sea. It is a bit difficult with parking. Fortunately, there is an underground car park within a 5-minute walk of the accommodation. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself is already getting a bit old. Bathrooms and beds should be renewed urgently. We would have hoped for a little more from the equipment for the price - e.g. a Nespresso machine or similar or at least an internet-enabled TV! Kitchen utensils were also very rare. All in all, however, quite well maintained for the condition. The air conditioning was great, especially in hot temperatures, which you just need on the upper floor, where unfortunately there are no roller blinds!
Great spot in Marbella! We will come back.
