The location was great and the security was very good, however, the apartment requires some updating and attention. The sofa is quite badly soiled, a number of bulbs need replacing and some doors were jamming.

Sudden Removal of Pool Heating Without Warning One of the main reasons we booked Villa Sirius was for the heated pool, which was essential for our stay. Before booking, I specifically asked if we could extend the heating beyond the initial two weeks, and the support team assured me this was possible. Based on this confirmation, we planned accordingly. However, to my shock, I was informed only 45 minutes before the fact that technicians were coming to remove the pool heating system permanently. There was no prior notice, no discussion—just a sudden and irreversible decision. This lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. If I had known the heating couldn’t be extended, I would have booked elsewhere. Instead, we were misled into believing we had flexibility, only to have a key feature taken away at the last moment. Unjustified Security Deposit Withholding – A Recurring Issue Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue. After check-out, Vacation Marbella withheld €600 from my deposit, claiming it was for cleaning and repairs. When I requested proof—pre-arrival photos, invoices for repairs, or any clear documentation—they initially said they were "gathering the information." However, after that, they completely ignored my emails for weeks. What makes this even worse is that this exact same thing happened during my first stay. At this point, it’s impossible to see this as a coincidence—it’s clearly a pattern of behavior designed to hold onto deposits.

WARNING - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENCY - Highly unprofessional, rude, bad attitude with communication, and poor English!!! Disgusting to be questioned about a cancellation due to a vulnerable disabled child suffering a shoulder break through neglect of his carers under investigation by the authorities, any decent parent would keep their child at home safe and rearrange their holiday!!!

We spent a very enjoyable month at Casa Savia, a town house in San Pedro de Alcantara. The location is ideal, convenient for the A7, with a mid-sized Carrefour supermarket close by for shopping, and a relatively short walk to the beach and Paseo/Senda Litoral. The house is newly refurbished and generally well finished, with an excellent kitchen. The downstairs area is open-plan and spacious, and the bedrooms are fine for up to eight people, though the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom rather dominates the landscape: the three other bedrooms are quite small and share a bathroom. The walled patio and plunge pool were very attractive, although in the winter months the pool itself does not get much sun. There is a good grill and outdoor kitchen for barbecue lovers. This is a recent makeover, and I would say the “stylists” won out on this occasion, at the expense of practicality in some solutions. Casa Savia is the sort of deliberately elegant property where it seems nobody actually LIVES: there are lots of clever light fittings on dimmer switches, attractive white rustic stonework here and there, but a strange shortage of electrical outlets just where anyone living there would NEED them, and the marble basins in the bathrooms are very handsome but are also rather prone to blockages. Then again, “how it looks, and not how it works” may be just what clients want. However, what *REALLY* made this trip special for us were the superb customer service skills of the Vacation Marbella team. Communications were first-rate from start to finish, and whenever there was some small glitch (nothing too serious, but there were issues with heating the pool, for instance), the guest relations staff – there were too many to remember all the names – were quickly on hand and ready to resolve the problems. All too often these backroom people get no praise, or worse, they even get shouted at, simply because they are only needed when something has gone wrong. In our case they were a credit to the company, and their input would make me think very positively about a second visit. Strongly recommended.

Great holiday, beautiful Villa just like in the pictures, very spacious and modern, easy communication with the company. From the booking until after the holiday communication was excellent. We received plenty of emails with confirmation, reminders, suggestions. Made us feel secure with our holiday. Transactions for holiday were also super fast and easy. Definitely saving time and nerves when looking for the relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this company.

Lovely apartment, great location.

Vacation Marbella has always informed us well by email immediately after booking. A week before our departure we also knew how and where we could receive the key. An employee welcomed us at the house and showed us around. We could ask all our questions during our stay via the app or email. All this made us feel good about everything.

We had a fantastic stay with you guys. The property was perfect for our requirements. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder. Prachtig huis met 4 mooie slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Mooie ruime keuken met diverse apparatuur. Paradijselijkaangelegde binnen tuin met mooi zwembad. Centraal gelegen en redelijk rustige straat. Parkeren kan op het voorterrein als je een kleine auto hebt en anders in de straat.

Een prachtig mooi en schoon huis met zwembad. Bestek glazen en servies voldoende. Alles werkte goed. Bbq buiten op gas. Nespresso machine , wasmachine en droger ook ideaal. Heerlijk ruim opgezet.

We had an amazing eight-night stay at this house in Marbella, Country Club Marbella! The property is private yet feels very safe with its gated entrance. The pool was a highlight—heated on request and perfect for kids with little stairs for easy access. The terrace is fantastic, and we used the barbecue almost daily. The kitchen is well-equipped, even with a dishwasher, which was super handy. The bedrooms are spacious, with two bathrooms upstairs and one on the ground floor attached to a bedroom. The house is great for families with young kids—there is a step, a bike for toddlers, and the layout felt very safe. One tip: bring mosquito spray, as we noticed a few mosquitoes during our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday!

We rented an apartment in Terrazas de Banús for a month. The apartment was well equipped, located in the heart of Puerto Banus, near the port and beaches. Although the apartment has been renovated but not recently , it was very comfortable with good beds. The large northeast-facing balcony was very appreciated whit a view of the mountain but not very sunny. It was the first time we did business with Vacation Marbella, a local agency. The services and rental terms were perfect as well organized as other rental web sites. I would not hesitate to re-rent an apartment with Vacation Marbella.

Amazing experience with Vacation Marbella! The apartment was great and the staff were always extremely helpful and replied on Whatsapp very fast when I had questions. I have stayed at 4 other properties in Marbella this year and Vacation Marbella was the most accommodating by far. I saw them on an Instagram ad and had to book straight away. I stayed 6 weeks in their Marina Banus in Puerto Banus. I was able to easily extend my stay without issues. They provide great value for long term stays and also provided a desk for remote work. Will definitely be booking with Vacation Marbella again next time I am in Marbella!
