The apartment we rented in September 2024 was excellent and even more than we expected, very spacey and perfectly located in a quiet and secure area . Whenever we had a question ,the administrator answered immediately ,and the very few problems we had ,were solved in no time. The apartment were equipped with good quality beds and furniture. The kitchen easily serves 7-8 people which makes cooking at home very easy. As in every apartment we have rented anywhere in the world, the kitchen knives are hopeless,. They need changing or should be sharpened In the description of the apartment it is not mentioned that the apartment has 2 floors. This could be relevant for families with smaller children or for adults with a handicap. Conclusion: A wonderful apartment. Extremely good service from administration in a very attractive location. Just great. Very beautiful location, lovely garden with a pool, wonderful weather, very well situated from where you can go anywhere. The villa is very well equipped with security and separate garages. Top holiday home.

Great location with restaurants nearby, two supermarkets at the bottom of the road. Lovely apartment with en suites and spacious balcony which is great to relax in the sun! Quiet location with minimal noise on a night. Hosts are really helpful and offered plenty of suggestions for nearby places in the area too

The penthouse is 2 minutes from the beach, it is as in the pictures, the swimming pools of the complex are clean and well maintained. I took over the penthouse in an exemplary state of cleanliness. If I were to write something negative, the beds in two bedrooms creak with every movement, but I noticed that and I think it has been fixed. The VacationMarbela team is very responsive to every message, even on the weekend they answered very quickly to any question. As a conclusion, I recommend this location, especially because the nearby beaches are among the best in the area.

Disappointing Experience with Vacation Marbella! STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I had high hopes for Vacation Marbella, but unfortunately, their customer service was a complete letdown. From long wait times to unhelpful representatives, it felt like getting basic assistance was a constant struggle. On top of that, some promises made during the booking process were never fulfilled, leaving me feeling misled. The director is a notorious liar and can't be trusted. What’s worse, when I tried to address these concerns, I felt like I was being given the runaround rather than genuine solutions. It’s really frustrating to invest in a trip, only to feel ignored and underappreciated as a customer. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience—be cautious if you decide to book with them. I believe all their reviews are fake!

We enjoyed the Villa plenty big enough for 7 of us and could even sleep more. The pool was just down a few steps in the garden but lacked sun loungers. We went to Marbella beach once and were shocked at how dirty it was! it full of plastic, nets, jelly fish, disgusting! Hence we didn’t go again and stayed at the pool. The Villa was hard to find as address says 3, but it’s 3D. The short walk to the beach was fine as it was downhill but very hot walking back up loaded with food or water! George was lovely and very helpful (Thankyou George). For our girly time away the villa was fine.

The villa was much more modern and well decorated than in the photos, with stunning views from their gorgeous terraces! The location was perfect, with local amenities a couple minute drive away. We were throwing a dinner for my father's 50th birthday and the location was everything we needed and more. We had a small group of people celebrating, and the outside terrace was absolutely perfect for a BBQ dinner and drinks. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and AC. The property provides bath and pool towels, as well as some basic toiletries, so there is no need to bring your own. Any twin bedrooms can be made into double bedroom if needed, as the beds can be pushed together. The pool is super deep which made it very fun to play in and dive into. The beach is around a 10min drive from the property, which made it very convenient to pop down for a quick swim and tan. The beach also has restaurants and bars, which is ideal for a local evening activity. Overall excellent villa and worth every penny!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Booked a villa in Marbella via Vacation Marbella. Their communication was great and they were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Arrival instructions were clear and we got checked in to the property without any issues. I found them helpful and attentive.

Great location

The flat is spacious, very clean, Very well furnished and air conditioned. Its location is excellent in the heart of puerto banus. Vacation marbella ‘s team was dedicated and helpful. We only needed a place in the garage for our car to make the experience even more perfect!

We were met at the property by a member of staff and shown around the house, gardens and parking. They were friendly and welcoming. The house is in a perfect location. We had a car so could easily drive to other towns like Puerto Banus, but old town Marbella is so close and there are local supermarkets just 5 minutes away. The pool was perfect, the Villa spacious and homely. Some bits could do with a revamp and TLC, but it made it more homely. The air was brilliant and a god send in the heat. All in all a great place and would highly recommend.
