Very good. Hannah K was friendly, explained everything to me clearly and when I asked questions she was more that happy to reply. She sent an email as well with everything discussed over the phone for further clarity. I was very happy with the service.
I am an employee but without a warning I received a P45 and my pension was closed. Had to re apply for everything again but in my pay there was no pension added. It has been nearly two weeks and I am still trying to get some answers. Their customer service seems to be non existing. Emailed 4 people as need to enquire my pay if correct but no one seem to be able to email me back. Very disappointing.
