It was nice to have a "face to face" conversation albeit over the phone as opposed to a soulless on line interaction. Ashley explained what I needed to do, took my responses and answered a few questions that I had. Thank you.
Umbrella are really good with a can do attitude Sarah sorted out various payment teething problems for me resulting from the contracted agency not doing their job.
