I purchased a bike and additional items to be collected from the store, I had the items fitted, which delayed picking the bike up for about 10 days. After some confusion whether the 17th was a Monday or Tuesday, I eventually collected the bike to ride home. Unfortunately the battery was not charged and I ran out of assistance when I needed it on the climb up the hill to home. The response to emails has been good, although I have previously failed to get a reply by phone. Hopefully the battery has not been compromised by the running out of juice, and I will now be able to enjoy my new electric bike.

Generally the service was good and kept to the timescale. However the delivery driver delivered the bike upside down when the package clearly was marked this way up.

Great choice of products,bought 2 rigid tyres Specialized Armadillo were delivered really quickly and whole process was really easy. Tyres are great been out on gravel muddy trails and paths strewn with debris and branches and held up brilliant
Order was supposed to be delivered between 10-12/02/2025 no update when it wasn’t delivered (took time off work to wait for delivery) telephoned to enquire about delivery 2days later person I spoke to was quite dismissive told me it had been left off delivery wasn’t very helpful not great customer service
Product are fine but shocking service from tredz. Order was forgotten to begin with, then only part of it was delivered. Then when I wanted a refund I was only partly refunded
The product i ordered was exactly what I needed. Arrived promptly. I had no issues with the process. Only reason for 4 stars was the box it came in was damaged. It hadn't damaged the item so it didn't matter, but suggests a lack of care somewhere along the line.
