Excellent service; bike arrived 3 days ahead of scheduled date, which was great. All I had to do was screw pedals on and straighten out the handlebars (which was easy) and after charging the battery, I was out trying out the new Haibike - which is superb. The bike set up Tredz had done prior to shipping was spot on. Great info on their site and great deals. Would recommend.

Bought a bike for £430 and it hasn't lasted four months. Clunky gears, non responsive and I've kept the bike in good condition. Reached out to their customer service but the bike isn't covered anymore. And the back brake has started to fail. All in all, a pretty bad experience, especially since I commute to work and needed a working bike.
The cycling bib was offered at a great discount and arrived in time to gift someone who is absolutely thrilled with the comfort and quality. Happy with Tredz service as an online outdoor sports products retailer.
