Would have been a 5 star but unfortunately the customer service experience was minus a point. Ordered the bike on Saturday and called Monday as I’d had no email confirmation and only on the website customer account page telling me it was being picked? The customer service answer was we send out emails when it’s shipped and it’s a ten day lead time. Fair enough eh but the tone was off. Anyway the bike arrived on the Thursday so contrary to the conversation with them it’s actually a 4 day lead time which was great. The bike arrived and firstly the packaging was first class and the assembly was absolutely mint. I still cannot believe how good the bike is for the money !!!!! It’s going to be my winter road bike and so far I love it.
