Excellent delivery and when it arrived there was a minor issue with a broken reflector that Tredz instantly rectified with a next day delivery of a complete new pack

Great customer service engagement: first use of price match on one of my items ordered and true to their policy, Tredz even went further and gave better discount than competing price on another bike store. However, I am having to wait for the item because supplier has delays outside Tredz control. Tredz even provide order splitting to help get your other items delivered quicker at no cost to you - love it. This is the second time I have ordered a bike from tredz. This time for my son, price was great bike is really good caught a scott in the sale. My only negative is the delivery, DHL are useless, i found out what time they were delivering, spoke to my work so I could be home for it. And they turned up 4hrs early, managed to catch them on the doorbell. They literally dumped it in my back garden managed to brake my 6ft double gate and left it all open for everyoneto see. Tried to contact DHL nothing!!

I was looking for an indoor trainer to pop my bike on and use in bad weather or when I only have a short bit of spare time. Found the Wahoo Kickr Snap on Tredz website and went for it. The price was very good, the website was easy to use and the unit was despatched and delivered faster than I expected! Ordered at 10pm Monday night, delivered 10am Thursday morning by DHL. Very satisfied with the whole experience and will use Tredz again in the future - Thanks 🙂

Tredz SKS Speedrocker mudguards. Quick delivery & good price. A couple of points. Spec says up to 42c tyres... my gravel bike has 38c tyres on and there's not really any unused mudguard width - 42c would be a stretch...! Extender on rear m/guard works well, innovative fixing system but you can't use existing mudguard mounts on bike. Overall a good set up.
All good - split my order into 2 deliveries was cool. Building a new ebike conversion is full of curve balls however tredz package arrived on schedule which maybe life much easier - bike works btw and it's awesome

AWFUL DELIVERY SERVICE I was told I must be at home for the delivery, only for it to not arrive, then not arrive again the next day. After chasing the delivery service DHL myself to find out when it will be actually delivered, they couldn't give me an exact date and made excuses about not having a van or driver available! I could drive an hour to the nearest depot, but run the risk of being turned away as not guaranteed that I could collect. Terrible, terrible service! Still not received item....
Ordered a new bike and was kept informed along the way however on a few occasions when I called you could never speak to anyone and I should of listened to those alarm bells. The bike has an issue on the first very short ride so I called Tredz and the attitude is poor, disinterested and generally felt we have your money so go away. There is an issue which I have to arrange to get repaired/replaced and I can assure Tredz they will pay whatever the cost is. I could not recommend buying from this Company
