accidentally ordered the wrong size stem and they were more than happy to swap it over like for like but in right size fast and efficient
Unfortunately wouldn’t buy from them again due to the delivery service they use . When ordering a bike it’s likely that dhl e commerce will never deliver it and will sit in a warehouse somewhere due to its size they won’t put it on a van . Had to do a 30mile round trip to collect after a week of waiting .
