Upon delivery, my bicycle had a flat tire; however, Tredz promptly dispatched a replacement tube. Within three months, the derailleur bent due to a chain derailment resulting from an improperly adjusted gear system. In retrospect, I should have performed a more thorough setup inspection rather than relying solely on the Tredz technicians.

The build delivery was very smooth. Bike was well built , only thing is (and is minor) the bike is a Mat black. And the builders should wear cotton gloves as the grease from fingers marks the frame. I cleaned. Not a problem. Otherwise. I’m impressed. I love the tools and bag.
