Purchased a bike through Cycle2Work and it arrived very quickly and vey well packaged for transit. Has an issue with gears but contacted Chat who were extremely helpful is resolving the issue promptly whereby I could take the bike to a local bike shop and they refunded the costs which they processed immediately after recieving the reciept. Extremely easy and pleasant to deal with.
