Bought a bike online that was due into stock, an email popped up telling me it’s arrived early and they’ll get it build and posted out. I get a notification that the bike is on its way but delayed for some reason. Turns out that during transit (DHL) the bike got damaged. I immediately got in touch with Tredz who said they’d come back to me with an email after a live chat, that didn’t happen so I rang them and spoke to an amazing lady ( sorry I forgot your name) who reassured me they will sort the issue out, she did and arranged for another bike to get posted out asap. Sometimes you worry about spending a lot of money online but I have no problem dealing with the staff at Tredz and would definitely buy from them again.
