Great price received item really quickly .
Pretty sure someone intentionally loosened a few spokes on the bike that I ordered, the back wheel buckled on the first 5 minute ride, which isn't covered under warranty (this could obviously be the factory but I seriously doubt it) One of the stem clamp bolts was on WAY too tight making it sit slanted and was not easy loosen, the builder has absolutely zero care for what he's doing if he can make a mistake like that and just send it out Derailers and chain tension were way off but probably the factory EDIT: Thanks but no thanks, I've installed new wheels and fixed the problems, you guys need to teach your builders to slow down and actually install things properly, if the stem clamp was tightened anymore it would have snapped either the bolt or the clamp/threading which would have been caused by complete lack of care
Can't really go wrong with a pair of ORTLIEB rear panniers! They are only 40 litre and quite a bit smaller than my old Altura but transparently superior overall!
