Ordered a new ebike from Tredz, found the website easy to navigate, was kept well informed on the process of my order! Delivery was fast and efficient. However did have one issue with ebike, handlebar grip was damaged. Contacted Tredz, who rectified immediately! Would definitely recommend shopping with Tredz! 👍🏼

On 26th January I emailed the warranty team with details of a broken suspension valve on a bike I had delivered on 11th November 2024 (2 months old). No air in forks so un-rideable comfortably. As of today (21st Feb) the forks are still sat in the box they sent for me to return them (and im £15 down as I had a local cycle centre remove the forks from the bike as i didnt really want to send my whole bike back in the post). There has been numerous delays and today I should have been having another collection by DHL (previous collection never showed up either). I rang the warranty team as I never had an email from DHL again with a 2 hour window of when they would be collecting, only to be told that my collection was added at 5.03pm and the report for collections was sent at 5pm. Therefore my collection had been missed off, despite me emailing the day before to confirm collection again, so they had all day to book it. Very poor service from the start of the warranty process, with continual delays. My bike is now going to be collected (apparently) on monday, which will be bang on a month from actually reporting the issue. God knows how long it will take to be inspected, warranty replacement approved, repair completed and then returned, if just this first stage takes a month. The bike has been un-rideable for nearly as long as ive owned the bike before it broke. I defo wouldnt recommend as they just dont seem to be able to manage the distance selling and customer service afterwards. Particularly considering you are spending large amounts of money with them, and dealing with cycle to work schemes, leaving you unable to cycle to work.

Absolute shocking returns department! Want me to take a video of a track pump not working! Are you serious! I’ve spent ££££££££ over the years with this lot.. Not anymore…. Make it near on impossible to return something, say my warranty lies with the manufacturer… errrr no it doesn’t! Brush up on the consumer laws

I was hoping that you had the inner tube with the tyre but I guess I should of maybe looked closer but to be honest I was making sure the tyre was the correct size and diameter thanks anyway the packaging and delivery was fine thank you
