Basically Perfect. There is nothing I can fault Tredz and their staff for. I have used Tredz several times including their chat service. Most recently (Feb 2025) I purchased a large (I am 6ft, 81kg) Boardman MHT 9.0 hardtail and received plenty of great advice on what to expect from this bike, using the chat service. I was nervous about buying a bike I hadn't even tried physically but with my own research on sizes and Tredz help they guided me correctly, an employee called Ben was particularly great! I used the cycle to work scheme and simply copy in the code you receive and that was easy also. The bike was delivered within 48hrs, in fact DHL were 30 mins early. Also ordered a shock pump and other bits for my bike and yet again made contact and they were helpful, as per usual! :) Great work to all the employees of Tredz! Thanks so much

Good service

I ordered a plug for the Tubeless tyres that I have on my gravel bike. I am yet to use the item however the delivery of it was exceptional and great customer service as always with Tredz. No problems so far, my boyfriend has used the exact same item for his gravel tyres in the past which is why i chose this to buy and I guess only time will tell if it's effective in repairing the tubeless tyres.

They sold me a faulty D-lock that doesn't fit my bike -- it quite literally doesn't! Due to the poor design of this lock and its bracket (it cannot be attached to the bike in a way that isn't in the way of the pedals or your legs) I am now left with a lock that I have to carry in my backpack all the time. I contacted customer support and spoke to Kate who told me they only accept refunds if the item is in its original packaging -- but how could it be in its original packaging if I've had to try putting it on the bike to realise it doesn't fit the bike??? Absolutely scammer behaviour, they are selling faulty items impossible to mount on your bike in the hope that you'll buy a replacement from them. Not happening. STAY AWAY!

I bought a very reasonably priced saddle that had rave reviews for long distance hybrid bike riding. It was delivered quickly and looks good. When it stops raining and blowing I'll get out on it for a few hours to see how it is.
