I'm not a therapist and this is my first time as a practice admin (doing it for a family member), and I've found TherapyNotes to be about as intuitive and well-priced as possible. On top of that, customer support is quick to answer my questions as I learn; and the pricing seems very reasonable as well.

I find the customer support at TherapyNotes to be the best of any company anywhere. They ALWAYS reach right back out, answer their phones and know the answers to questions. Jules recently handled the PCI questionnaire quickly and efficiently.
