I had an issue with an overcharge on my account. I reached out to Therapy Notes on a Sunday afternoon. They responded within a matter of minutes with a ticket number and promised to follow up. I received an email this morning and was given a number for credit card accounts. Brian listened and was extremely helpful. He also offered to help with another issue he noticed on my account. They are wonderful to work with.

When I call TherapyNotes Support, their team is always prepared to answer my questions and/or find an answer. The re-cap email detailing the conversation and denoting what was discussed, and the resolve is extremely helpful for referencing .
I had had a problem with billing and wanted to find or do the CMS 1500 form. The Man on the phone was exceedingly patient with me as I could't find the forms I had done. So he interceded the curser and went through the process to find them all the while explaining and asking me if I have questions. I called myself stupid and the said "that does not belong here. I truly feel supported no matter what the problem.
I love the support I get from Therapy Notes. They are quick to reply and ALWAYS follow up with issues until they are complete. I have had this service for the past almost 4 years and highly recommend them to my peers!
I've been using Therapy Notes for nearly two years and just called for support for the first time. I had a time sensitive issue with a claim and Caity walked me through it with efficiency and joy! I then proceeded to share my laundry list of questions that had been stacking up about the platform and she listened intently and followed along, offering appropriate support. A+ experience!
Regarding Therapy Notes in total, I have my frustrations with the system, particularly around reports and getting information out of the system (although I admit that may be somewhat user error/ignorance at play). However, I will say that my rating is based on what I felt was an excellent customer service experience with their tech help team. The member with whom I interacted was not only knowledgeable about the product, she demonstrated a problem solving aptitude which greatly helped me find the answers I needed. She was helpful throughout the process and provided excellent notes to help me implement the solutions at which we arrived.

I have enjoyed this EMR because I appreciate the formatting, it is quite user friendly, and the support for this software is the best I have seen out of the three software programs for EMR I have used previously. I needed a large amount of client information transferred over from my previous practice and they were able to do it with expedience and were extremely responsive to my issues. I used them at my previous practice under an agency and when I decided to build my own practice, choosing them was an obvious choice for myself. I have encouraged many of my colleagues to give them a try, especially since they have a free trial.
Therapy Notes is literally a blessing. I'm in the beginning stages of initiating my private practice and the support staff at Therapy Notes has been so supportive and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate the time effort and energy of the staff that helped me navigate any issues I encountered. A staff member literally stayed on the phone with me while I initiated and set up my card pointe account! I have been so pleased with the overall system quality and ease of use, but the support of staff in helping me overcome obstacles in my practice is 10/10. I'm so thankful my colleague directed me to Therapy Notes!!!
Starting up my own office requires answers to lots of questions. I've found the TN people to be pleasant, professional, patient, and helpful every time.
I have used Therapy Notes for more than 2 years. I love working with the team at Therapy Notes. I rated them as a 4 because there are a few things I would change about the portal and the notes. However, the support is out of this world! I trialed other EMRs and the wonderful support is what sold me on Therapy Notes. There are tutorials on everything and the support staff is so helpful. Someone will walk you through anything you are having trouble with. They also follow up calls with step-by-step, clearly written, instructions. I rarely have had to wait on hold and emails are returned quickly, usually within hours, always within 24 hours.
The customer service representative, Jules, was able to assist me with my question and navigate me through the entire process efficiently. She was professional and affable and encourages me to continue using TherapyNotes for EHR purposes.
I was worried I’d never find a billing program that could handle our special needs for insurance, private pay, and state-paid clients. We also needed the ability to pull custom reports to check data entry accuracy. Immediate response from their excellent tech support provided all the answers I needed to accomplish it all. Wow!!

The Therapy Notes system is a great product for tracking patient information, appointment scheduling, billing, and more. But the Therapy Notes SUPPORT TEAM is amazing! In 40+ years of dealing with Customer Service staff across a variety of industries, I have never received such a consistently high level of service from support staff. They are always pleasant, professional, and patient. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their product and the industry, and willing to take whatever time it takes to address all questions thoroughly. Their follow-up is equally impressive with very detailed emails documenting what was covered in the call, and providing articles and links to other helpful resources on the topics covered.
