As a new user on TherapyNotes, my learning curve is pretty steep. In trying to sign up various features, I hit a roadblock and called customer service. Not only did they pick up quickly (!) they clearly explained what I need to do to complete my task and followed up the phone call with an immediate - within minutes - email explaining step by step what they had just TOLD me. Utterly impressive in an age of non-existent customer care.
Every time I call for support, customer service is helpful, responsive, professional - basically super nice to work with. Every time. When I launched into private practice I stayed with Therapy Notes because I like the interface and wanted the super reliable support.

Great experience for my first time contacting customer support. I had two questions, one was to find out when my 30 day trial period ends and the second was assistance with one of my clients who (for the past two sessions) reports he was not receiving the telehealth link. The customer support individual, Rebecca, assisted with both questions, promptly, efficiently, and pleasantly. Rebecca stayed on the line and guided me to where I could go to resend my URL to my client for the purposes of logging into his/her portal to find the telehealth link. She also assisted by directing me to where I could send an example email to myself to see what the client should be viewing in his/her email once they receive the reminder emails. It was all very helpful.
I have been using Therapynotes for five years and could not, and would not, run my practice without it! Today I called customer support for an issue that felt overwhelming to me, but I received fast, friendly, and helpful service that took care of the problem in just a few minutes. This is the kind of support I'm used to from Therapynotes, but it still made my day!

Therapynotes makes the whole process from documenting to sending out electronic claims organized and easy. I could not ask for a better EMR system. Therapynotes also simplified the process of switching over to their system and helped me every step of the way... including transferring some of my data for me. Lastly, I've had great success with their Telehealth platform and client portal. The client portal is user friendly and allows for you to upload your own documents for your clients to review and sign.
TherapyNotes is user friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I love that they provide templates for intake and session progress notes and treatment plans. The features are easy to navigate and it has everything to make electronic billing simple and organized.
