I've used TherapyNotes since 2014 when I opened my private practice. I have recommended them to anyone who will listen. Their customer service has been awesome! I researched a few other practice management systems before choosing TherapyNotes and I found that I couldn't even get a person on the phone for some of the other systems out there. That's not the case with TherapyNotes. I've also been impressed with how they continue to add features like Telehealth, integrated credit card processing, and updating notes and documentation. I highly recommend!
I love TN-very intuitive, easy to use after learing the software, great cutomer service. Is it perfect? No, but then nothing is. They do strive, however, to improve the software and they are responsive to customer suggestions. I love this EHR.
The thing I like most about Therapy Notes is that the people there will actually TALK TO YOU when you run into difficulty! It is also relatively simple to use.
My entire experience so far has been stellar. Any time I have an issue, the Therapy Notes Team is quick to respond. I recently had an issue with Medicare Claims. Holly with Therapy Notes Enrollment Team looked over all the paperwork, provided me with information to contact the payer and is also having a second team member double check the paperwork (since we can't figure out why Medicare is denying my claims). She was also quick to make a plan to follow up with me at the beginning of the week, and sent me a follow up email with everything we discussed. Stellar customer service!

I didn't have to wait on hold for hours, and while I was on hold, they kept updating me with my place in line so I knew I hadn't been forgotten. The support tech understood what I needed right away and was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I was able to apply the information to other client accounts as well. It was a great experience and I will use this support again!

The customer service is absolutely outstanding! I was having trouble uploading our client contacts and Derek J and his team came to my rescue!
