There are a lot of EMRs available - I love TherapyNotes because they are always improving their products and services, and above all because customer service is ALWAYS there to help, and they work hard to solve any problem, large or small! I have been so glad that I chose TherapyNotes, and that I have stayed with them over the years. I highly recommend them!

Every time I call for assistance on posting or have any questions they are always very helpful. I just recently called with something that I was lost on and Derek was very patient and helpful throughout the process. It's very rare to find that customer service anymore. Very pleased!!
Therapy Notes used to be great for private pay clinicians who provide superbills 2-5 times a year for patients. Recently the modifiers do not show up on superbills and when I called to ask why, they gave me a horrible time-consuming workaround. It was incredibly confusing and to have my employees and myself do this would add much extra time and errors. I’m also not happy that no one notified us of this, but rather our clients had to come to us saying they weren’t being reimbursed. This is absolutely something I will leave TN about unless it is resolved without a workaround. ***UPDATE: Since I cannot figure out how to reply to the reply that was made below. I appreciate that they are trying to make the superbill function work the way it worked for years. However, if you read my comment above, I did call to get the workaround and it is NOT easy. I have spent hours teaching staff and editing charts to correct this issue. For cash practices this is not at all okay. Please fix ASAP or I will be leaving.

Excellent support and EHR
You won't find better customer support with any other company. I don't care what industry. I always feel heard, they have mechanisms in place to be able to see what I see, and walk me through the learning process. I would give the customer service 10 stars if I could. The program itself is pretty easy to use, especially if you have used other more complicated EMR's.
I'm impressed with the customer service. It's so quick and efficient! I've been dealing with some medical challenges (plus having Twins) which has made it difficult to be able to do some things on my own. Brian helped speed up the process of the problems that I was having, and get it completed without be having to do anything further. This gave me less stress!
This platform is SO user friendly! Customer support is amazing. They actually answer the phone with a real, live, English speaking person, and they want to help me. What a concept!!! I just wish I would not have wasted a year struggling with SP.
