I have been using TherapyNotes as my EHR for about a year now. The customer service is excellent! I can't tell you how many times they have been patient in walking me through setting something up or answering my general questions. I appreciate the live assistance, from Lisa in particular. The interface has also been so easy for me to use. I know anything gets some getting used to but in addition to their live assistance they also have video tutorials that can easily be looked up on YouTube. They also have a Facebook group that has been helpful in learning from my peers' experiences with TherapyNotes as well. Highly recommend!

I switched to TherapyNotes from a different EHR after considerable frustration with the other EHR. TherapyNotes has been excellent from the beginning. Their Support team has been very helpful in resolving the few questions I have been unable to sort out on my own with the Help section. I noticed a slightly longer wait time for support today when I called, but I understand they have recently received a huge influx of new customers after another EHR raised rates significantly. I understand they are onboarding new support staff to help with these increases.

I have been using TherapyNotes for almost 3 months now. After years of other EHRs I have to say this is BY FAR the best I've ever used. The customer service is superb. Not too "in your face" with a million e-mails begging you to buy anything. They do e-mail a lot at first but it all feels very "how are you? need anything?" - Customer-centered. Since then, every person I've dealt with has been quick to respond, thorough, and - perhaps best of all - KIND in their response. Feels like everyone's irritable all the time, but not so with TherapyNotes. :)

I have been using TN for 7 years. Their streamlined functionality is great, and if I ever have a question, their customer support is always outstanding.

Whenever I call therapy notes I always think my question is impossible to answer, it never is. They always make me feel so heard and understood with such quick and efficient answers. I have been using Therapynotes since 2017. It is so easy to use. As times change, they change, and the change is seamless. The support staff is all knowledgeable, nice, quick. With all that was going on with therapy, they made everything available - video, codes ETC. I never dread calling for help. I REALLY appreciate their being here. I guess you can tell, I recommend them strongly.

The technical support at Therapy Notes thus far has been exceptional. Derek J & Steven T assisted me on two occasions with resolving technical issues and navigating the system. They both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. As a new user to Therapy Notes I am a very satisfied customer!

I had a complicated billing issue and a Therapy Notes representative walked me through how to resolve it and make sure it doesn’t happen again. It was incredibly helpful!! I’ve used Therapy Notes for years and I couldn’t be happier with them. I’m a solo practitioner who does all my own billing. Couldn’t do it without Therapy Notes.

By and large a well run organization. When I get someone to pick up, the individuals are helpful and detailed. They answer in polite manner and resolve most issues satisfactorily. There are however, i in the past, where I have called and been waiting extensively on hold. No idea when someone will pick up. When someone picks up, as I said prior, the issue is generally resolved satisfactorily. However, I have inquired multiple times over the 12 months and the excuse is too often indicating they hire people and their training takes several weeks. That may be true, but then perhaps more individuals need to be hired to avoid these extensive hold times for customer service.

They are super helpful and responsive to questions. I can call get a person on the phone in a short wait time and have my questions answered quickly. Truly helpful.

Therapy Notes… can’t say enough good! The layout, ease of notes, telehealth connection… all great, but customer support is superb! I never feel rushed or dismissed. They are knowledgeable and follow-up w step by step instructions! Fantastic job TN!
