Any time I have called Therapy Notes customer support, they have been very knowledgeable about the issue I am having and are very helpful and patient walking me through the steps to resolve it! And I appreciate the follow up they send reviewing what we did over the phone.
I consistently get great support from Therapy Notes. Today the support specialist walked me through some excellent solutions. They were patient and even allowed me, once they walked me through a task, to try it myself while they remained available to help. They were kind and supportive throughout the call, and they allowed me to take my time. I have never gotten anything but great service from this platform.

The support staff are fantastic. They are very accessible, including being available until 9 pm. They are always friendly, warm, welcoming and patient. They listen well and will easily guide you through any question you have, staying with you until the process is complete and you are satisfied. They always send. a follow up email that includes the information discussed in the phone call.
I am a dedicated psychotherapist who has been in practice for over 35 years and has tried several programs. TherapyNotes by far is the best program I have ever used. The staff and their dedication to excellence make a difference. Whenever I run across a problem, the staff is always there to help and guide and solve any problems that arise. This system makes note writing easy and keeps my practice organized with support for notes, scheduing, intake paperwork, clinical questinnaires, reminders for appointments sent automatically to patients, and billing. Customer support is outstanding. When I need something, I call and get friendly, US-based support with no hold times even on a Sunday. The only improvements I could suggest so far would be to make an app and to allow forms we create to be signable without the patient having to download and then upload again. Also when uploading documents to a record, a "scan" feature for the phone would save time and provide higher quality results. This could be included in the app!
Support always very responsive and helpful. I do wish for more rapid and comprehensive updates on TherapyNotes, but impressed by the support system.

Every support person I have talked to has provided efficient and timely troubleshooting. I recently spoke with Ivy who was not only efficient with her help but also patient, kind, and emphasized teaching me how to fix my problem if it came up in the future. I have never had an unhelpful experience with therapy notes support in the 2 years I have been a user.
I was very pleased with the support I got today from Ivy at Therapy Notes. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and thoughtful of protecting our privacy when she logged into my computer. Also, I didn't have to wait for a long time to get to a person! That's definitely a plus!

Customer support is knowledgeable and efficient. If an issue arises, they know exactly what to do to help us! I think my wait time was longer than it took the customer service rep to help me correct the issue.
