The customer service representative helped me resolve my issue relatively quickly and easily, and was also just a nice person, which I very much appreciate. I always have had a good experience when I've called their support - they know their stuff, they explain it well, walk you through it, and send you a thorough summary via email at the end to help you remember the details. Just good customer service, as it should be!

I've called TherapyNotes on several occasions to help me resolve issues, especially related to billing errors that I've made. Today (and always), they are patient and help me resolve the issue quickly. Customer service is located in the USA and makes communication a breeze. TherapyNotes provides stellar customer service. For that reason, I don't think that I would ever consider leaving TherapyNotes. They are top notch.

Their customer support is the best I have experienced in a long time. I am new to EHR and sometimes the interface isn't clear to me. Whenever I call, the representatives (in particular, Jill G and Irina D) are friendly, patient and they explain their answers well; in such a way that I understand not just for that time, but also as I continue to use the Therapy Notes platform. I like that they also send follow-up email summaries of the call that I archive for future reference. This has occurred several times (the date below is only the last encounter). They maintain consistent high quality customer care, rare in North America.

TherapyNotes employees exceed my expectations every time I interact with them! After switching from a large EHR software company, working with TherapyNotes has been a breath of fresh air. I am always treated with patience and kindness when asking a question and the support team is always helpful and knowledgeable. I only wish we switched sooner!

I contacted the customer success representative when, upon using "spellcheck," I inadvertently translated the completed therapy note into French! With Krista's help I was able to get the program back in English but, alas, all the notes were gone. I circled back in fear and frustration that my work was lost as I don't recall having been able to save the notes. Suddenly a drop down appeared with an option to RESTORE. With one click I got two hours of work back thanks to what the representative called "our restore feature." Hope that my experience will be of some use to others.

Jill answered my call with a happy voice. She listened to my question without interruptions. She was willing to walk me through the process of adding PCP to the staff's ToDo lists. The instructions Jill sent were complete. I always appreciate the written instructions after a call.

I have been using the TherapyNotes EHR platform for two years now and have been extremely pleased with it. I would definitely not trade it for any other EHR program. It is so easy to use and very customizable. In addition, their customer service is excellent and very responsive. TherapyNotes has absolutely made my practice so much easier to manage.

I've had to email or call Therapy Notes Support on several occasions and sometimes I feel so dumb after I've called because the answer is so obvious or right in front of my face, but the support staff ALWAYS make me feel like my questions, no matter WHAT, are welcome and they are here for me, NO MATTER MY QUESTION. If I send an email, I can expect to get the answer to my question within the next half hour; if I call, my call is answered within minutes. I'm so very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I'm greeted with EVERY time I've reached out!
