The support representative I spoke with was warm, friendly, professional, and helpful. While we were not able to solve the problem over the phone, she gave me steps to solve it on my own in a more expedient manner. She wrote out instructions in an email while we were on the line and sent it to me.

Customer service works great! I call every time I have a question that needs to be answered in real time. So far therapy notes is making billing and note taking so much easier.
I called about an unusual billing situation and felt overwhelmed as to how to solve it. I called on a Saturday and my representative knew exactly how to address it and did so quickly, also sending a follow up email with directions on how to do this in the future. My monthly fee is worth every penny for this kind of customer service!
TherapyNotes support staff is patient, thorough and capable. Even if I have to wait in line to get support, I never worry because I never feel rushed once I'm on the phone. My only gripe is that the video call platform doesn't have the best connectivity. I highly recommend TherapyNotes for small practices.

Therapy Notes is designed specifically for psychotherapists/counselors, so they speak my language, and I do not have to wade through options directed at a medical staff. But what makes Therapy Notes truly shine is their customer service. They are available every day with very little waiting. Additionally, they are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Thank you SO much for putting Client Preferred name as their primary name for the weekly appointments. It has also changed the initials that show up in my synced weekly calendar. This helps so much - and it's inclusive and respectful to those who use the portal and get to see their preferred name on their log-in/chart.
My first amazement was how quick a response I received, but I was also taken seriously with my suggestion. The experience was refreshing in a world where customer service appears to be on a Hyannis.
Great Customer Service. Very knowledgeable and explained how the issue came about. Helped me to figure out how to resolve the problem. Provided me written follow up to avoid the problem in the future including information for me to share with my client regarding what they can do to also help avoid it from happening again.

I started using Therapy Notes in October. I am very happy with everything about this company. The software is easy to use and provides me with everything I need to have a successful practice. The customer service is what makes this company so special. I have made a few phone calls with questions about the software and each and every time I call I speak with someone immediately. The service providers stay on the phone with me as long as I need to ensure I understand the new software. They walk me through everything I need and then.... they send me an email that summarizes our conversation and the information they provided. My only complaint is I didn't start using them sooner.
The Therapy Notes Support Team is wonderful. They always respond much sooner than the auto reply states, and responses are always helpful. All of the Support Team staff I have been in contact with in the 3 years I have been using Therapy Notes is wonderful- friendly and helpful and usually follow up to ensure my issue has been resolved. One of the best Support Teams I have ever come across!

yes! live people to talk to! After a long day and knowing I had to clarify some items as a new user, I was pleasantly surprised someone answered the phone after 7pm! Krista was step by step totally focused and followed my train of thought (even though I was off base sometimes!). She patiently explained and dug deep with me and left me totally doing the happy dance. Thank you for such an easy peasy EMR! whoo hoo!
