I have been using TherapyNotes for over a year, following trials of two other EHR platforms. I'm older and struggle with technology but have found TherapyNotes to be the easiest of the ones I've tried. When I do have a question, the support staff is consistently helpful, patient and friendly. I also appreciate the quality and ease of the included telehealth option. Insurance claims are so easy to process and I have added the credit card option which works well for some of my clients. Well worth the cost of the program!

I recently purchased a credit card swipe to use with Therapy Notes. I was not successful getting it to work for me. I contacted them and they provided me with the step-by-step process that enabled me to succeed! They then followed it up with a written note that provided me with the detailed information. This will save me frustration and allow me to direct my time to seeing clients!

I was very frustrated about not being able to access Therapy Notes and no matter what I did or the support tech suggested was not working. Despite my verbal expression of my frustration, the tech continued to stay calm and continued to provide assistance until we finally figured out the problem.
