I have had to hold on line for a while due to back up with calls before me; however, I am not bothered because I know they are going be helpful, explain in detail of my concern and so uplifting when my call gets answered. Typically when I have to call support for a device or software or other issue, I dread it. The wait time is incredibly long and the people who answer are rude or unable to help. Today, I had occasion to need help with Therapynotes and as has been my experience in the past, I did not have a long wait time, they were knowledeable, patient and eager to help. I don't dread calling support at TherapyNotes! You guys are awsome!!!!
Customer Service support is the best. They always help and are never condescending. It is so true. They always send a follow up email with details to the call. I have created a folder for my calls to refer back to.

Very user friendly
Therapy Notes has given me years and years of help. Their software system is great! It is so easy to submit claims and if you have any question the help is there immediately. YOu don't have to wait. The customer service's knowledge about all the insurances is off the chart. I feel like every employee there has a PHD in therapy and how the submitting of claims should be done. Sometimes I feel like I ask the worst questions, but they are always so polite and patient with me. There is no need to hire an outside company to submit your claims and pay them 12%!. That is a lot of money when you could do it yourself. I have recommended TherapyNotes to many other Therapists.
Krista did an excellent job answering my questions and helping get started. I am new at this and this program is quite user-friendly, but insurance and billing is a lot to learn. I appreciate their support staff's willingness to help.

My representative, Ally, was knowledgeable and understood my problem right away. She not only showed me step-by-step how to fix my problem but stayed on the phone while I did one by myself. To add to that, she sent me detailed instructions immediately after our conversation so I could continue the procedure on my own not only now but with any similar future situation. Her patience was outstanding! She never sounded impatient or condescending and made sure I was comfortable with what we had done before ending the phone call. I sincerely wish more companies had representatives like Ally that go above and beyond to ensure that clients are 100% satisfied with the result.
