Great company/system. I can do my notes, track my calendar, process payments and so much more. This has been a lifesaver for my private practice. The company has great support as well. Whenever I call for help (usually to figure out how to do something) They assist me kindly and send an email after with the information on whatever we went over during the call.

I received a prompt response to my phone call from an employee who has been helpful in the past as well. There are many "moving parts" to eprescribing, and it can be confusing, but the staff at Therapy Notes is always receptive and able to explain issues clearly and concisely.

Fantastic Customer Support! I've been using TherapyNotes for years at my previous practice, and so when I went out to start a new individual private practice, I knew I wanted to continue using them. Customer support has always been great, and recently when I needed to certify my credit card security compliance, Iyannah was able to walk me through every step of the process with surprising speed. She was so helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered.

Data can be accessed from work computer, home PC, Mobile phone or iPad so it does not limit the time for use. Also data can be edited when thinking of more information to add. HELP is most helpful!

First, I'd like to say that I have been pleased generally speaking every time I've reached out to TherapyNotes for help. They are always courteous on the phone and send follow-up emails with additional resources related to the issue at hand. Second, I'd like to express my gratitude specifically for the enrollments representative that helped me yesterday. I called to confirm how to fill out and process claims and remittance forms for TriCare. She not only answered my questions but offered to review the forms for me to make sure they were correct prior to forwarding them on to the clearing house and payor. That was above and beyond, in my opinion, and I am incredibly grateful as there was an issue with a form that I needed to correct.

I have tried several therapy documentation products as an out-patient psychotherapist. What I love about THERAPYNOTES.COM is the ease of use. You can document. realize you forgot a concept you wanted to include, or under additional notes/assessment put in your key modality notes ie: AF-EMDR protector: Aunt Susie compassionate, resourceful, .... and when you need that content for the future notes click the hx button and it populates. Same is true for medications, or the plans. The staff are very patient and helpful. I have my own biller but it is so easy to work with them. Billing can be done on the website or you can purchase a card reader to hook up to your laptop. This is of course encrypted and separate form the software system. I think the cost of the product is very reasonable and you can easily upload documents. They are working on adding several tests to the system. You can email within the system to clients. I like it. I contacted Therapynotes to gain some support with billing. The representative was super knowledgeable about the system. she guided me through with ease and patience. Not only did she resolve my immediate concern; she followed through to the end helping me submit the claim! It was a perfect experience with customer support.
