I absolutely love Therapy Notes! I have reviewed other EHR but they they do not compare. Why do I believe that Therapy Notes is the best? First, Therapy Notes offers the majority of services needed to successfully operate my private practice on my own. Secondly, the software is very easy to learn and use. I began using Therapy Notes at least 10 years ago and since that time all of my records have been concise and easy for auditors to review. I could go on and on, however, you have to try the software to really seen the ease of operation and the benefits of a subscription. Tinya Holt LCSW

TherapyNotes does not provide good solutions to issues. Not being able to remove an authorization without having your counselor redo their notes is insane. Asking a counselor to redo 30 notes is not a solution. 6 months with TherapyNotes and no updates recommended have been implemented. The longer you are in TherapyNotes the more you realize it is a product for a very small operation. This product does not support any big practices without having extensive work arounds and having to manage spreadsheets outside of the system. In theory, the EMR system should help with this, but it does not. They promise great support, but don't provide any solutions.
