Abby was very helpful and gracious in her manner. She took time step by step to resolve my issue with logging in. Her explanations were clear and understandable. I have been using therapy notes for the past 4 years. It is helpful in organizing notes, billing information and reports. The one area that could use some improvement is in printing reports and notes. They have to be printed individually and it would be helpful to bundle them in one printing process if possible.

I was told by a biller who works with various companies that TherapyNotes is her favorite because the customer service is excellent, and my own experience during my early weeks of starting a practice attested to this. I ran into some issues that I inadvertently caused when filling out a form and multiple support staff kept in touch with me (often daily) to keep me updated as they worked on resolving it with me. I sent many emails and they were responded to very quickly with helpful responses and a kind tone. I do wish the interface were a little more self explanatory and customizable but it works well once you learn how to use it, and they make it easy to get one on one training too. But beyond a workable interface, most important to me is helpful and accessible customer service.
I am a new user of Therapy Notes. When I called Support to have a few questions answered, Sean, was very patient with me. He took his time answering the questions I asked plus the ones I did not. He anticipated my needs and provided follow up articles. After speaking with Sean, I am confident that I will be a proficient user of Therapy Notes in no time.
Each time I have needed support from TherapyNotes, I have received timely and thorough responses. This time was related to a very complicated ERA that I couldn't figure out how to post. I received clear, understandable directions on how to reconcile the ERA in the system. These folks are THE BEST
It is easy to maneuver. Instructions are easy to follow. I am visually impaired. Some of the light blue colors are hard to distinguish. Lettering could be a tad larger.
Customer service is excellent. It is so refreshing to work with a company that is available evenings and weekends with knowledgeable and kind support staff.

Can’t say enough good about therapy notes and their incredibly helpful support team. Especially IRINA. She has been incredibly patient and kind as she helped me resolve some billing issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and in no time had my questions answered and issues resolved. I am new to running my own practice, and Irina and the rest of their support team has honestly been my lifeline while I learn this process. Without fail, I get a friendly helpful voice ANYTIME I need immediate assistance. (And I’ve called too many times) They make it so easy, and walk me through everything step by step.
