The program works and the support is 1st class! TherapyNotes Support Team are amazing! They are kind, and smart. They make sure your issues are resolved and then follow up with an email that covers what was done so you have a record to reference. You just can't find this level of support very many places; In the world of "technical support", TherapyNotes is a high meadow of wildflowers where you are expecting a putrid swamp.

HANDS DOWN the most user-friendly and adaptable medical record/documentation service I have EVER used! It may “glitch” for a moment, but when it does, even if you have to re-sign in, EVERYTHING you documented up to the moment it froze or glitched IS STILL THERE when you log back in! It’s like nothing ever happened! No more glitches where I have to completely begin again! If the power flickers or my laptop dies and I have to log back in, it takes me RIGHT BACK to EXACTLY where I was! Those of us with experience with EMR can testify to how INVALUABLE this is! Also, I had an idea for something I thought would enhance the features so I contacted them via email and received a response from a teammate within 15 minutes stating that my request was forwarded to their development team for advisement to be considered in a future update! It’s literally EVERYTHING you could want in a service!!!

Overall, I'm very happy with TherapyNotes. It's well thought out, has many convenient features (e.g., automatically autopopulate notes from last session). And again, the customer service is always quick to respond to any questions if there is confusion. It's a great complete one-stop-shopping with all the integration I need. Also, they do not charge the higher prices of Simple Practice. I would definitely recommend this platform to others. Pros: I liked that TherapyNotes was comprehensive in that it had telehealth, insurance billing, credit card integration, secure portal. The customer service is phenomenal and are always quick to reply and helpful. Platform is relatively easy to use and understand. Cons: There is nothing I dislike about TherapyNotes. I do wish that telehealth would offer more than one client connect per session ( 2 separate connections would be better for couples). Also I found sharing the minor and parent portal (for billing and paperwork) to not be the most convenient method. These are minor issues though. Reasons for Choosing TherapyNotes: This is my first EHR in private practice. I used Simple Practice at work, which, at the time (2 years ago) seemed ok. I've heard it's gotten a lot more expensive and that customer support is horrible.

TherapyNotes has been very supportive as I get oriented to the system. I've had a lot of questions and they have been highly responsive - taking time with me to walk through steps, directing me to helpful information, and writing up notes outlining the details of our conversation after a phone call. I feel confident I'll get the help I need should I get stuck at any point as I go forward with them.

I have been with Therapy Notes for five years and their staff is very professional, kind, respectful and knowledgeable about their program. There has not time that I call and I do experience the same quality of services. I am also very excited, because they been implementing a bilingual (Spanish) option for those of us whose English is not are first language. 95 percent of the clients I work with are Spanish speaking clients and Therapy notes is taking the time and investing on making sure the intake forms are also available for our clients in their own native language. Therapy Notes and all their staff you Rock!!! I always recommend your services to my friends on this field.

TherapyNotes offers consistently helpful, patient, and friendly customer support. Their blog offers lots of instructions, but I did not quite understand how to issue a refund, so I called. The person who assisted me walked me through it and then sent me an email outlining what we had done so I would know for next time. I really appreciated that because I doubt I would remember the steps without this.
