Customer service is excellent! Having to call customer service can sometimes be met with rudeness or be unhelpful. Therapy Notes provided quick, helpful, and most importantly kind customer service over the phone and followed up with an email summarizing the steps needed to solve my issue. Very impressed with the product and the customer service!

This platform works well and is easy to use. The support has been excellent with quick responses and assistance. My biggest thing was getting my DEA set up and the layers of security steps.

My experience with TherapyNotes support has been amazing. I am "onboarding" myself and have run into several issues that I have needed help in resolving.
Have had them for years and don't know what I would do without them. Great service and always there if you have questions. Great system that saves time but also very compliant to HIPAA and laws for progress notes. Great options like assessments and uploading your intake paperwork. Big part of our practice!!
