Trustworthy company - they deliver on what they promise. Honest and upfront - they don't deceive you by downgrading what your phone is (for i.e. classification to sell the phone, Mint, Good etc.). They have a set criteria, if you meet it, they will pay it out - simple.
The process was easy to follow, completed the application, posted the items, they were received and reviewed in 4 days, there condition report was the same as I expected as per the guidelines and payment was processed and received the next day after confirmation, I will definitely use again.
