We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.
The customer service was first class with this company. Had a problem with my order and they rectified it straight away. The table I purchased was beautiful. Just what i wanted
We had a difficult situation as the delivery was required before Christmas and there were a few problems but they were well managed by the staff.
I went into the Chiswick store this afternoon and had the worst customer experience. When we walked in, the lady at the counter looked at us in a confused way and didn't say hello. In fact she ignored us. As we were walking around, noone offered to help us, despite offering other customers help. When we decided to leave after looking around, we said goodbye, which was again met by a blank disinterested stare by both sales assistants. I won't be buying from them.
The experience at the store was fabulous, I can't remember the lady's name that helped us but she was wonderful. HOWEVER the delivery experience goes down as the worst I have ever experienced I am planning on writing a proper review for this but still minor PTSD, whatever company you are using STOP. The men that came where so rude and if I am to completely honest looking for any excuse to not deliver, when I spoke to them on the phone and I said it is a tricky road to park, he replied "well then this will be a problem." When he arrived I said I've arranged for my neighbour to move his SUV for you right outside he said "you will have to arrange for another day." My neighbour said he will block the road so they can carry the sofa on to the street and then fit in the space. Finally they agreed. When I showed them my old sofa, "we can't take it as it was dismantled" I wrongly assumed this is part of what i paid for....so they watched me take it apart. You have to remember I had been waiting for this sofa and so excited for it to arrive before xmas. As two large men watched me on my hands and knees take apart the sofa they sniffed at the stairs and the other delivery route i showed them and then said "it can't get in here" THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT to even try. So long painful story short they left the sofa in my neighbours house and me and him took it into the property. Under duress they made me sign a form saying all was ok but to be honest I thought they were pathetic and I was proving to them that everything could be done. LAZY LAZY LAZY. I am sure they drive round delivering as few sofas as possible. Ruined my entire experience of Loungeco. And I will be publishing this review elsewhere.

Placing the order was very easy, we had to wait 10 weeks for the custom made sofa, the delivery was delayed, but i contacted the Lounge and they fixed it right away.
After spending hours in John Lewis and other sofa shops trying all the Swyft sofas we've learned that sofas can be either comfortable or stylish. Really hard to find a mix of the two and definitely near impossible if you're looking for a sofa before xmass and it's November. That was until we stepped into The Lounge Co shop in Islington London. Paulina at the shop was a fantastic help in the process and promised the sofa would be with us for Christmas. It's here now in all is evening teal velvet glory with the chaise longue taking up most of our small Walthamstow living room but we love how comfy it is!

I am really pleased with my new sofas however I do feel there could have been better communication in terms of updates on expected delivery. The delivery cost is excessive!
The sofas I received were amazing very comfortable and well made. One was slightly damaged in delivery, but one call to customer service who were amazing and they took care of everything, even updating me all the time so never had to chase. Would definitely recommend The Lounge Co., and will sure to use them again in future.
Great service. Original delivery was 12 weeks but only took 8. The lads were friendly and helpful and took all rubbish away. Lovely comfy sofa.
I went to The Lounge Co. Islington to order a new sofa and was so pleased with the service I received. Paulina and Evrim went above and beyond to make the experience so pleasant. The fabric I wanted ran out but they went out of their way to accommodate and help me choose a different fabric. Thank you to them both - I am so grateful!
