Unfortunately one of my sofas I ordered from the lounge company was delivered with a relatively large hole at the back. This was 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a repair with no compensation offered. Very disappointed

I bought my sofa online (during late lockdown) but was able to view and sit on a similar sofa at Furniture Village and I was happy with it. I couldn’t fault the customer service I received and the delivery was fine. Within 2 weeks I was finding the sofa really uncomfortable. The cushions were hard and flattened to nothing. I contacted the company who sent a technician, they said there was no manufacturing fault but the issue is that the cushions are feather wrapped foam. The Lounge Co kindly agreed to replace the main cushion of the sofa along with 2 back cushions. Unfortunately they were the same and I had the same issues. I contacted the Lounge Co again and they said I could buy new cushions that were foam only and should offer more support. Sadly I can’t afford to do this and now I’m stuck with a horrible uncomfortable sofa that I hate! I try and use all manner of cushions to prop myself up but my neck and back are constantly sore. I had a sofa from Harvey’s for 11 years before this and it was amazing, I only replaced it as it looked dated! I wish I had kept it and not spent £2k+ on this mistake.
Buying sofas can be an expensive mistake if unseen and untried before purchase. Luckily The Lounge Co had somewhere local to us to try before you buy. Very pleased with our modular corner unit in a velvety fabric of bright orange, which arrived in good order and put together easily by the delivery men. Very comfortable. Chose the softer cushion version rather than the firmer one. Many colours to choose from. Our sofa unit has impressed those who have seen it. Too new to comment on wear and tear or dealing with stains but fabric is stain resistant. Time will tell!
Really great experience, got to try out the sofa before we bought. The people in the showroom were helpful, gave great advice and took their time to explain everything. Delivery did take a while but I was kept up to date, the delivery process was easy and the drivers were lovely. Really recommend buying from them!

I’m delighted with every aspect of my experience with the Lounge Co. The ordering process was actually fun, and the staff helpful and thorough. The timing was as expected. The delivery company were kind and efficient and professional. The items are beautiful and extremely comfortable, and it was all a reasonable price (especially considering the competition I explored). I couldn’t be happier with every element of my purchase, and am relishing my new beautiful room!

Very helpful in store (Islington), offering lots of advice when choosing the fabric and cushion filling type. Sofas were delivered on time and it was very easy to arrange a delivery date that suited us. So far we are very pleased with our new sofas!
