We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.
We have just taken delivery of 2 Rose sofas which we are delighted with. These were to replace 2 Florence sofas (same design) from SOFASOFA which we had less than 18 months. These were the most uncomfortable badly made sofas we have ever bought, so we were very careful when replacing them. We shouldn’t have worried. The new rose sofas are just so comfortable and well made. Yes they need plumping (we bought fibre fill) but I am used to doing that every night, and they have so far kept their shape perfectly. The cushions are not firm enough and look terrible the minute anybody has sat on the settee. Very disappointed. You can only refresh your cushions so many times I'm one day!
We recently relocated from San Francisco and happened upon The Lounge Co. We met Berry and Paulina, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. They let us browse in a relaxed environment and provided us with great insights. We purchased several floor sale items, and they even recommended movers to us. We're very happy with the quality of the items and couldn't be happier with our experience meeting them!

How did we not know about this store!! We had just exited from Snug directly actoss having felt quite unwelcome, and then we noticed the Lounge Co store and decided to go in. We bought 2 couches after less than an hour, thanks to the lovely women working there. Evrim was so friendly and knowledgeable that we were able to confidently narrow down our selection (although we must admit the selection was confusing because a lot of the sofas were super comfy!!) So thanks Evrim, and also thanks to Paulina who was also advising and answering our questions during our visit. Beautiful products, great value and quality, and top notch service. The furniture stores in the area should send their staff there to learn a thing or two.
Purchased the lovely Imogen sofa in Islington. The sofas are very comfortable, deep and elegant. Thank you to Paulina in Islington with her team the service was amazing... sofas arrived earlier than expected. Absolute 10/10 service from store to delivery.
Very poor quality sofas i bought 2 sofas one sofa the arm has broken off and on other it is moving the cushions have got flat, i had a inspection and the report said these sofas have a manufacturer fault, this company will not give me my money back. Having sofa for 4 months is not long time. The material used are of very low quality. Are sofas supposed to last a few months. Please don’t put sometime in your reply as if I have had them for years.

Ordered online, very easy website and fantastic colours to choose from. Also ordered samples which came very quickly. Stool I ordered was an 8 week delivery but came after 6 weeks and a fantastic product. Great quality and a good price too.
