Contacted initially over phone and got feedback on the instruments available. Purchased the instrument and tried to contact multiple times to ask if it was possible to change as my son was initially not happy with it. I could not reach the seller either by phone, nor by email, albeit trying at least 5 calls and 2 emails. Good selling experience, poor customer support

The task I needed completed was carried out well & within the time frame requited.
The Garklein recorder is not playable you need to test the instruments before sending them. I am unable to return it as at present I am unable to leave the house.
