I bought a beautiful psaltery from the Early Music stand at TORM. It tuned easily and is holding the notes really well. Extremely pleased with it it has the most amazing sound and I'm thoroughly enjoying playing. The zip case protects the instrument well too so great for travelling. 5* instrument.

I was after a piece of music that I could not find in the UK and was contemplating ordering it from Germany at great cost…. Contacted the Early music shop for advice. I was contacted directly to notify me that they had successfully sourced the piece and I could order it directly from them saving me about €10!! Ordered was sent quickly after that. Could not recommend the Early music shop enough!!

What a pleasant surprise to find The Early Music Shop at Snape. I went to it in London many years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a huge choice of lute music.

I broke my bass recorder and unfortunately it was not repairable. I was kept informed at all times and options were suggested. A new part was obtained and it was sent back to me by post. It is as good as new.

Answered all my queries. Arrived well packaged. Book One instruction book did not have staples attaching the pages ... which I was surprised at, but not worth the effort of returning. Otherwise good service
