I ordered an instrument and felt a bit nervous being in another country but OMG the service was amazing and I felt very comfortable handing over a large sum of money too. In my experience the Early Music Shop acted very responsibly in giving the instrument in question a thorough inspection, detecting a fault and repairing it before delivery. That's better than the usual standard, I suppose. All in all I was absolutely content with the job done. Thank you!

In the email communication, the response was immediate and good. Only in the case, it took days to get confirmation of the remittance through the bank, but I am not sure if it is because weekend or others. The instrument arrived safe in a few days after the payment. To evaluate the instrument, it will take time, but as long as the first impression, the quality is good enough.
