I brought myself a Pixie harp. I wasn’t sure if my order was received as I ordered online. So I telephoned the store. I spoke to a gentleman who was friendly and polite. He soon dealt with my enquiry, he also explained that there would be a delay with my order as the technician who checked the instruments was on leave. I was disappointed with this, but reassured to know the my harp would arrive in perfect condition and it did!
The instrument I bought was second hand, but of exceptional quality.
I ordered a viola da gamba viol case for a treble size instrument which I own. It is a quality built case but I was miss-informed after giving the measurements for my treble viol . The treble size case came to me by mail in good conditions but my instrument did not fit inside. It is a nice case and decided to keep it but it must be taken to a luggage place to be custom fitted.

Unfortunately I had originally purchased a Treibert alto recorder which I had serious issues with and you promptly replaced my original order with a Yamaha 302B which I'm fully satisfied with I received my new replacement very quickly and am pleased with how your company has handled this matter and probably use your company in the future if I need anything else Thank you
